Bath & Body Works

I love this location it’s like my little secret! I can sneak in and avoid traffic and mall shoppers. Best of all I can buy what I need and not be seen carrying around a bath and body works back. This place lets me feed me candle and wallflower addiction without too much notice! It’s also nice that I can hit this place up first during sales before everything gets picked clean elsewhere!

I like how you don’t have to deal with the traffic of the mall or town center. I’ve never had a problem with customer service. I usually come when there’s a sale and I need to restock on a few things. I’m a big fan of the wallflowers and the hand soaps. Right now they have all the fall stuff out and a few holiday ones. The store only carries whats in season, so if you’re looking for summer stuff, just go online and get them. During the semi annual sale and holidays, it gets packed and the lines are a bit long.

I love Bath and Body Works products but this location is awful. I always have customer service issues at this location. I’ve had run ins with rude employees here twice and the last time it happened I almost boycotted Bath and Body Works all together. I made a complaint through corporate and they went out of the way to resolve the issue which I thought was great. I’ll just be thinking twice from now on when it comes to shopping at this Bath and Body Works location.

Awesome location! Very well hidden, away from the gigantic mall crowds that you would find at the town center and avenues and of course the store smells yummy!
Went in because I found a mailer for a free travel size item, and the staff was very helpful. I also had a coupon for 30% off and they informed me that I did not have to do two separate transactions which was very nice. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the store was a bit messy. Especially behind the register. Crazy thing is, it’s not even during the Christmas holiday which is when I would expect the store to be messy. All in all, I’m sure I will be back and purchase more bath products.

This particular location is what I’d like to call the Houdini of hidden gems. It’s tucked deep inside a shopping center, and as many times as I’ve been in the area for this or that, I never knew that one of my favorite stores was a mere steps away.
These are a few of my favorite thingssss:
Wallflower plug-​in air fresheners… with the combined efforts of mom and myself, I think there is now a wallflower in every electrical outlet of the house. Whether its sweet, savory, fruity, seasonal, or floral, they carry a large variety of scents available to suit all tastes.
Aromatherapy Body Washes and Lotions: The «Stress Relief» Eucalyptus-​Spearmint and «Sleep» Lavender Chamomile Scents. Using either one makes me feel 100% better after a long shift at work or a grueling workout at the gym.
The staff here are very helpful, and the store is clean and spacious. I was also relieved to be able to roam freely without someone trying to spray fragrance stuff on me. I hate that. *cough…OP Mall… cough*… I’m glad I found this place, and will definitely come back!
Located in Mandarin… Walmart area… behind Krispy Kreme… a couple shops to the left of First Watch Restaurant.

This is just your typical B&BW location. I do wish that they wouldn’t train their sales associates to talk to you about every little sale and product. Please just let me shop and I’ll come find you if I have any questions.
