Dishonest, unprofessional and lack technical knowledge.
Went in to see about having a repair done to head shock. They wanted $ 275 to replace the orings, but weren’t sure if it would be more or not. Between three individuals I got three different versions of price and job that would be done. They only wanted me to upgrade and claimed job was impossible. Asked for a quote of parts and labor and got a ridicules quote stating parts would be $ 200. I went online and ordered parts for $ 20. Waited 5 days to receive, and then took the 30 minutes to rebuild myself. Bike works great! In the age of YouTube and blogs you shouldn’t BS people, or try and rip them off. I had other parts I wanted to buy as well. These guys could have had me as customer as the convenance of being 10 minutes from house. But then again my garage is just out side and Internet is right here.

I love this place! The guys here are always so helpful and friendly. We go to Burning man and every year we bring our bikes to be checked out and maintain by these guys and they are wonderful. The furry, flower & light covered bikes always get a laugh out of them. I feel safe that I won’t have any problems after the check out my trike for me.
