Atlantic Bedding and Furniture

Had a great experience with these guys, great furniture at a reasonable price. Delivered my couch on time with no problems, and already came back for more furniture.

Price is cheap but like the last poster said you get what you paid for, and less! Apparently my choice of a floor modeled sectional was my «fault» because I should have looked around to make sure it was not damaged. I did look around the damage was caused by delivery but apparently they don’t back their product at all. It’s been two weeks and I’ve been constantly getting the run around for a replacement of a different damaged item and another piece of furniture that was out of stock at the time. If you do decide to buy here make sure you get your stuff the same day and don’t wait for their «back order» bull crap or might as well just throw thousands of dollars in the trash. Oh they don’t enjoy you asking for updates either all I got was attitude every time I asked for a status update (I waited 14 days before I called thought it was generous enough). Overall:

No pride or backing of their name
They’ll hold on to your ordered items until it’s convenient for THEM
They’ll DROP your items at your door if not home when THeY need you to be.
Piss poor communication

I wrote a negative review to begin with and changed it because the manager Mike called me and offered to give me money back for my inconvenience. Here it is, 5 months later and everything still hasn’t been squared away. My furniture was damaged and I was promised new fabric for my couch. They sent a new one but it was the wrong color and I still haven’t heard from them. I got the run around every time I called. I will never order from here again. There was something wrong with each piece I ordered. You pay for what you get. Lesson learned.
