I’m giving 5 stars for the food EVERYTHING I ate was delicious We had Ceviche Mixto, a sour dish with raw fish and seafood, Jalea, a big plate with fried seafood and the Ceviche de Conchas Negras was the best! The place was clean but plain It was empty on a Thursday afternoon The waitress was nice enough There’s also a bar I wouldn’t come out here all the way from Brooklyn but I sure as hell am searching for this kind of food in Brooklyn What I found interesting was that street sellers have no problem coming in and selling roses and whatnot to patrons and the place is OK with it

The food is pretty decent portion wise it sucks I’ve been living in New York Queens for the past 8 years and approved in food and restaurants in the neighborhood or in the area have nothing compared to the Peruvian restaurant in New Jersey to be exact Passaic these restaurants out here in Queens need to step up their game

The best ceviche de conchas de negras i’ve tried in NY… and the anticuchos were good too… the only thing they need to improve is their service, our waitress never came around to ask if we needed anything –_– but the food was amazing

You must try the Leche de Pantera, a ceviche dish(or rather glass) filled with crab, squid, shrimp, clams and concha negra, which gives the«leche» a dark gray hue. Quite refreshing and a rarity, even in an area with many Peruvian spots. The anticucho is quite possibly the largest portion that I’ve ever had, at two skewers with four large pieces each(usually half that size at other pricier places) @ $ 8. The crisp toasted cancha is a nice appetizer while you wait, especially with the always excellent green sauce. Nice value and a clean space… a good addition to the area.
