As Chinese food goes, Sius is adequate at best. That’s on a good day. The food is general lacking in flavor and anything out of the fryer is always DRIPPING with grease. If not for the convenience of being able to walk there for the occasional pint of egg drop or wonton soup I would avoid this place. There are many alternatives within a five minute drive with MUCH BETTER food. Try Fook Fung in Bohemia or Hong Kong Kitchen in Islip terrace for much better food.

Siu’s is excellent, highly consistent, and tasty American-​style Chinese food. Everything is done properly, orders are filled without error 99% of the time. Being locals we use Siu’s once every two weeks or so and we never have any complaints. They even deliver if you live in the area!

I like this place quite a bit, it’s tucked in a strip mall with a 7 – 11 and a pizza place but definitely shines.
I am in love with their Curry Chicken Dumplings… little triangles of fried awesome. Never found them anywhere before or since.
I also get the Singapore Mei Fun often and I’m never disappointed with that either, lots of shrimp and meat and the curry is perfect, not too much or too little.
I should also mention that the people here are incredibly friendly and there’s always a little girl playing in front of the counter who is absolutely
adorable.
Great treat if you’re in the area and looking for american style chinese food done well.
