The staff consists of lazy girls who sit and do own hair rather than attending customers!!!

I waited for close to 1.5 hours. Staff simply did not acknowledge. Wait time was supposed to be 15 mins. They kept on talking amongst themselves. People came in got hair cut and my chance never came. Worst experience ever. Don’t go.

This is the worst salon in the neighborhood. I have been a regular here for a few years now. From the past one year, all the people who worked before have been replaced by new staff. They either fight amongst themselves or shout at the customers! One lady couldn’t even give a decent trim. She almost made my friend look bald on one side of the head.
Bottom line — AVOID under all circumstances

I have tried them more than once since it is right next to my place, and regretted it every time. Never again. I am hiding at home for the last few days, until my hair grows a bit and I can show my face in civilization again.

I have frequented Supercuts for many years, although at different locations. I have relatively easy hair to work with (it is straight and very fine), and have never had a problem with any haircuts at this chain. I usually just get a simple trim with some layers put in. However, the last haircut I got from here was truly awful. It was choppy and uneven, so much so that I went to get it fixed… twice…at different locations. The layers were different lengths on both sides of my hair and did not blend in at all, and the front was angled at different pitches on each side. It looked ridiculous. Luckily I was able to get it fixed somewhere else, but it’s still not ideal and needs to grow out a tad before I can do anything else. Never again.
