T-Mobile

I came in during a busy Friday & they were very well staffed. I was approached nicely & immediately to get my name on the wait list. Scoped out iPhones read details then had an associate ready to help me. Jesus was very honest & kind. Presented me with other options & deals without me feeling like I was being up sold. In the end I wanted a phone that was out of stock being shipped to my door. Thank you for your help Jesus A+ service !!!

The second you walk into the store you get the «Hello, how may we help you» then it’s all downhill from there. As soon as I got to one of the sales representative and explained to her that my fiancé had already taken care of the switch and that all I needed to do was give them my iPhone and get another one under their service. My fiancé already paid $ 170 for the taxes and the sims cards. Turns out they love to just charge more and it took an hour later (with a bunch of eye rolls from the sales rep) To finally get my new phone.
So my mother in law went in today to get the exchange and they wouldn’t accept her phone so she decided to just get the $ 0 down payment free phone and when it came to the check out, sure enough $ 105 is due. Why? Because the phone is $ 59.99 plus the tax. On a free $ 0 phone that’s is clearly marked that.
Reason why we were required to pay was because the $ 0 «free phones» are only available for T-​mobile class A & B customers and we are Class C?
Whatever that means
So hear we are another day and an hour later (again) my mother in law leaves with nothing.
Horrible and to top it off she was being helped by the so called Manager

Customer service here is HORRIBLE. There’s always a group of employees hanging around at the desk in the back and they act like you’re an inconvenience. Every request I had I got told «oh, we don’t do that at this store.» They are no help. I drive an extra 15 minutes away when I need to go to T-​Mobile now.

Deserves zero stars. Went in to exchange a charge cord. Charge cords come with a life time warranty… I have been advised by multiple locations that i can bring it to any t-​mobile store location for a replacement. Well i came here and i was denied my replacement. They Asked me for a receipt, which of course i did not save. She said its not in her computer either… Well i will never come back to this location to the exchange my cord. I really don’t like it when companies are not on the same page. Didn’t get an apology for it either for wasting my time there.

This store had enough staff to serve large crowds with a personal desk to talk one on one

After reading all of the prior reviews of this store… I must of come here at the perfect time or day. I personally had a very pleasant experience getting a new phone for my wife. The wait wasn’t bad at all, and the person that assisted me was very knowledgeable of T-Mobile’s plans, and handsets. If anything, I felt that I came out a bit educated on what I have with my services, and my personal handset. This is why I have been with them since the Voice Stream days… and that’s a LONG time with T-​Mobile!!! :)
Like I stated, I must of come in the store at the time or day to get this wonderful experience. Who knows?! But, I all I can say is that I would come back to this store to get other goodies! :)

I completely agree about this location being understaffed. Very slow and customer service is a little bit hit or miss. It’s definitely always busy especially on weekends. Best bet would be weekdays during the day while everyone is working. I have been with the company forever but if I have to choose a store this would probably be one of my last options in terms of location.

This is probably the worst store you can go to if you’re looking for a cell phone provider. The person who helped me was friendly but not knowledgeable. He was only interested in selling me the most expensive plan. When I asked him about cheaper plans, he couldn’t or wouldn’t explain the other rates.
He refused to provide anything in writing. This guy was only interested in getting a maximum commission. He totally came off as not trustworthy so I had to leave without purchasing a plan. I would never buy anything from this store, or maybe from T-​Mobile after this experience.
I dropped by this location cause it was on the way home. I agree with the other reviews, avoid this location at all costs!

This one is really under staffed. We had to wait for long time! Service was ok and the staff did explain all the avAilable plans and phones! That was helpful though! But certainly they need to plan on their staffing at peak times of the day!

This is the worst tmobile store and please avoid it at all cost. It’s always busy and understaffed.
