Tasty food, good ambience and great host/staff. Archana(host) was absolutely charming and the food was served quite quick. Thanks a lot, Archana for making our dining experience awesome.

Indian Chinese at its best! Burnt garlic fried rice, Chilli garlic noodles, Schezwan lamb, Chilli chicken, Chinese bhel, Basil fried rice … Loved every one of them. It’s a must try for those with Indian Chinese cravings! Loaded with flavor and perfect amount of spice. Awesome food combined with very good service and ambience.

Excellent food but the service could be better. We ordered our food and realized the portions were smaller than what we had expected so we ordered more food right away when the food arrived. The second order of food did not arrive by the time we were done with our food so we asked to have it cancelled. The server refused to cancel the order saying that it was already entered. So we waited 10 minutes with empty plates for the second order to arrive. I have never experienced such a thing before. The order should have been cancelled. Good restaurants never say no to their customers

The food here is great but hostess, Archana was rude and uncourteous! She wouldn’t seat our party until the kitchen was closing and got us to hurry in our order!

This restaurant is my fav 1st restaurant so far in Dallas. Chicken manchuria dry is awesome & perfect. I felt I went I went to my memories back in India when I was trying Manchuria and liked it a lot. It’s worth trying chicken fried rice with it. Perfect perfect perfect food!!!

I always thought it was Indian restaurant till the moment we walked in, I till thought so because everyone in the restaurant was Indian. After we looked the menu, it says pan Asian cuisine, but to me the dishes are more like 80% Chinese 20% Thai. 1. Environment is very nice. 2. Service is excellent. 3. The entrée creamy chili fish if I remember correctly was tasty, goes well with rice, I wish they had naan.

Inchin’s Bamboo chain is known for really good food. This location is big enough and staff is good. One of the best dishes is the crispy baby corn — hands down — the only thing i really go for. But everything else looks to be too greasy. It has good taste but it then leaves you guilty and you then plan to go for a run next morning. Beware — do not ask for spicy — it is really hot and you wont enjoy the food. The sauce bottles on the table side are really useless as they feel like bunch of chemicals instead of food. Overall — good ambiance, good staff, choose less greasy food and you will enjoy!

This place is very popular and on weekends the wait can be long. I came here only because my significant other loves the Hakka noodles that he said not available at other Indian restaurants. I don’t like the food, at times too watered down, and other times just plain unappetizing. It is just my opinion since I love Chinese food, but not at this place.

This was our third time, service is inconsistent and rude. Food is hit or miss as well.

So, when I come out to eat, I’d rather not be lectured in case the food isn’t how I ordered it. The waitress was rude and not what I would call customer friendly. I ordered Chicken American Chopsuey with less sauce. I don’t know if I can upload photos with review, but I will upload photos nonetheless. Please take a look at the picture to see if there is any chicken, or this is what should be called less sauce– and oh, not to mention the burnt egg. The waitress’s explanation: 1– there is shredded chicken 2– next time order sauce on side Well, shall we say that there will be no next time!

Went here for dinner today with my family. since it was special day for us, we informed our waitress about it. We were taken care and we got out our food on time. Soup was hot, app was good and spicy and fried rice seasoned to perfection as always. We also enjoyed Darsan with ice cream at the end of out meal ! . Over all better than all the indian restaurant experience we had before. Thanks and keep up the good work !!!

Best Indo-Chinese food in Irving! Ambience is too dark. Try the Masala Soda for sure! Service was ok.

The Inchin’s Bamboo Garden in Irving is below average for me. I’m not really sure if it was the watery sauces that drove me to give it 2 stars, or the piece of plastic that I found in my fish. I just felt that something was missing at the end of the meal. Let’s start with the appetizers: 1) Drums of heaven and 2) shrimp pepper salt Both were good, but too salty. I liked the flavors of the sliced vegetables with a little spice to flavor it up — but too much sodium. I’ve had the shrimp pepper salt at other places before and it was never this salty. The entrees consisted of Szechwan lamb, chicken manchurian, and fish hong kong. If I could sum up why I didn’t enjoy the dishes it would be — too much sauce. The sauce was too watery. The chicken meat from the manchurian dish did not taste fresh; rather, it had a chewy, old taste to it. When my friend informed the server about this we were told it was because we lowered the amount of spice. For me it still doesn’t explain the chicken. The fish hong kong was my favorite amongst the 3, but it also had a piece of plastic in it. Bummer. Needless to say, I left feeling discontent. I was informed by a friend that the location in Austin is better. To be fair, I may have to try it there and then post another review. On a positive note, the ambience and décor of the restaurant was great. Just wish the food matched.

I am sad to say Inchin’s has really gone downhill. I used to be a big fan, but no more. The last two times I went, the food was ungodly salty. Like, I looked like a blowfish after eating the soup and noodles. Not sure if they have new cooks or what the deal is. Slow down on the sodium, people. The one thing that has led me to lower my previous review is the portion size decrease. Significantly. First, I reuse soup containers when they are plastic. So, I have several from there. During my last carry-out order, I noticed that the soup now comes in a paper bowl. 24 ounces, as marked on the bottom. The plastic container they had used, on the other hand, are 32 ounces. SAMEPRICE. I sent an email to the main headquarters, asking why this has happened. I can understand a few ounce changes, but ¼ less for the same price? I received a response that I was incorrect and that the sizes have not changed. Um, anyone can see the difference between 24 and 32. Forget it, don’t insult me.

I had waiting to complete my review for this place I kept scratching out my reviews after each visit. Good — Bad — Okay — and then worse! Let us talk about the food. When I tried them on my husband’s very much insistence, I liked their Indo– Chinese flare — the one they specialize in! Chilly garlic noodles, Burnt Garlic Rice, Lat Mai paneer and so on. My husband loved them so much that he alternated them weekly! We even had his b’day dinner here! With each visit of ours, we could see the food quality, customer service and attitude of the wait staff spiraling down the drain. The arrogance seeped in the food and they now, no longer care about the most integral part of the industry — the customer! 02÷15÷15 — We went in with a group pf 8 — the food was just so greasy and gross tasting! I even felt it was stale and had been microwaved for many times. My husband was so mad that we even had the chef called out from the kitchen. Even the replacement rice could pacify him. They definitely do not have customer retention and value! We were offered no discount or an apology. The noodles were hard and vegetables too soft with no crunch at all! And why should I pay $$$ for that ?? Anyways — 03÷28÷15 — We decided to give them another shot(the husband is more forgiving). To go order placed over the phone call and I made sure I repeat and the person taking my order repeats it. When we went to pick up, we ordered Masala Sodas too. Two of the female wait staffs started flirting with the husband shamelessly. They did not back off even for a minute. Really?! And gave him an extra(wrong) soda(trust me, we did not want it at all!!) Anyways, he checked the order with the receipt attached on the bag and stepped out. To my utter disbelief and dismay, we open the boxes to see our order completely different! And the messed up items were not even tasting good! An nausea swept over looking at the greasy noodles! 3 people had to share one small box of fried rice. It was 11pm already — no chance to change or call and complain! We had to whip something really fast to fill us up. but well, if I had to cook, why would I take out in the 1st place? That too paying $ 60??? Flirtatious servers/wait staff — please back off and do the job that you are paid for! I ain’t stepping my foot here .for a long long time! I would prefer Thai or Vietnamese fried rice!

We were wandering around and mainly drawn here because of a «$ 5 off» coupon if we download their app. Well, after we were done eating and pulled up the offer, the server told us it was $ 5 off take-out only. That wasn’t mentioned on the sign outside at all. False advertising. As for the food, this place is gross. There is no flavor in any of the dishes, unless you get a spicy dish… in which case, all you can taste is the spiciness. Everything is just oily and gross.
