Christy W is amazing! I’ve been getting massages for a while now, and most therapists work around all the knots in my shoulders but Christy started digging right into them and made them melt away! She also works to loosen my hips which keep my lower back so tight. Super knowledgable & makes it a very relaxing experience. Every time I leave I feel like all my tension has melted away — definitely recommend!

I booked a massage for myself and my MIL for Mother’s Day, and it was seriously the perfect gift for both of us. MIL saw Christy, and she said it was one of the best, most effective massages she’s had in ages. I saw Sarah, and while she’s pretty new to massage, she clearly has a brilliant gift for finding the exact right spots and putting the perfect amount of pressure. These guys really know how to spot talent! I’ll be coming back on a regular basis — how could I resist getting a membership there when I know I’ll always get such amazing service?

Great quiet environment, I had been to Massage Envy previous to this, but my experience at Hand and Stone far outweighed! I had Lenora and she was wonderful!
Not much hassle once you get there, and when you get ready to leave they don’t pitch a sales pitch like at Massage Envy. Definitely will go back!

The staff here is so friendly and professional.
Sarah was the massage therapist and she was personable and excellent at her job. Plenty of communication about pressure level and particular physical concerns without chit chat or small talk, which is what I prefer.
I look forward to my appointments here every time.

This spa is incredible! Ive been searching for a place to get regular facials since moving to the area and I’ve finally found one. I’d recommend it to anyone!

A couple of my friends were visiting me & we decided to end their trip with massages! My husband also decided to join & it was both mine and his first massage ever! I have a lot of stress in my neck & shoulders so I asked my masseuse to concentrate up there. I personally didn’t find it very helpful and in fact I had more body pains after the massage than before! However, I am giving this business 4 stars with the benefit of the doubt that I got a crappy masseuse. Both my friends and my husband absolutely loved their massages and felt extremely relaxed after! I might have to go back again and try another masseuse but I am not convinced that this is the best a massage can get.

So I’ve normally gone to Massage Envy but my boyfriend treated me to a massage at Hand & Stone and I’m so glad he did. We went on Valentine’s Day weekend so it was a little busy but the receptionist were very friendly and welcoming. They had lots of water options and a nice waiting area. I really appreciated that the sign in paperwork wasn’t super extensive and EXPECTIALLY the check out process. At Massage Envy they go through a whole sales pitch right after you’ve been in a essential oil and rub down coma they try to get you to sign up for a membership which I hate. (sorry got a little side tracked) Not at Hand and Stone!
The therapist were very professional and informative, super attentive to your needs to comfort level. I had Emma and she was GREAT! I would request her next time for sure. My only teeny tiny complaint is they don’t have a quiet room. So everyone checking in and out is just all gathered in the same common space and that can get a little noisy and distracting. Other than that I had a greate xperiences and I can’t wait to go back.

I received a gift certificate a year or so ago to Hand & Stone and immediately signed up for their monthly spa services. I’ve had simple relaxing massages as well as deep tissue, but for total relaxation, the facials cannot be beat. I went in yesterday after having a headache on and off for over a week. I let Dalia know what was going on, and I don’t know what magic potion she used on my face, but I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks! My head hasn’t hurt since…
Hand & Stone very generously donated to a local charity I support last fall, and when I thanked the owner yesterday, she was so gracious in thanking ME for the opportunity for them to donate!
In the year I’ve been a client at this spa, I’ve never once been disappointed by the service I’ve received. The front desk receptionists always greet me by name, offer me some yummy flavored water, and get me in quickly for my appointments. It’s a great value, and a terrific treat for me each month. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Relaxing and professional spa, as well as very conveniently located in Las Colinas. Was able to accommodate a very last minute appointment, which I appreciated. Ryan was very knowledgeable, and the master of a relaxing massage. He also gave me some tips to help with muscle imbalances I have, and things I can work on in my spare time.

I got recommended Hand & Stone by a close friend and I’ve been going regularly ever since. I’ve gotten several massages and facials here and it is always super relaxing!
Every masseuse knows what he/​she is doing, but my favorite is probably Ryan. He is extremely knowledgeable about the body and knows exactly where to target to leave you without any tension and feeling good for a long time. I have a lot of tension in my neck from constantly staring at a computer all day, but Ryan told me it was actually because I was holding my weight in the wrong place. He pressed a pressure point on my hip and voila! no more neck pain.
There’s also a membership you can do where you can get a massage or a facial for only $ 40 a month. It’s definitely worth it if your job leaves you stressed and tense!

I had the Signature Hot Stone Massage. My therapist was Rosi. The massage was a pleasant and relaxing experience that concentrated on rubbing the warmed river stones over one’s back and neck. This did not involve much Swedish, or therapeutic massage of any kind, nor did she massage my arms or legs, which is generally part of a full body massage. Unfortunately the massage therapist was completely lost once she had me turn face up. She seemed to lack the most basic knowledge of massaging the neck or shoulders in this position. I am giving 2 stars because the hot stones felt good, skill set of the therapist, sadly 1 star. The front desk staff was very polite and welcoming and the room was clean. I am still looking for a massage therapist…

Love this place. Deep tissue with a peppermint scalp massage. They stay open late which is great because I don’t get off work until 7pm

The overall experience is one to share amongst others. You come out relaxed and well worth the money spent.
Their membership is beyond reasonable and is quite flexible — hence I became one!

I don’t go to get massages a lot, but the couple times I did, I didn’t leave with a overly satisfy feeling. Which probably explains my minimal massage visits.
My experience at Hand and Stone changed my opinions about massages. I did the couple deep tissue massage. Olga was the one who took care of me on my visit, and she knew the exact spots to work on more and applied the right amount of pressure. The whole experience was so professional, relaxing, and left me wanting to stay there longer!
I never thought I would be a monthly customer at any massage clinics. However, the quality massage I received here left me feeling lucky I found a place I can trust to deliver optimal services. I am now a member at Hand and Stone and will definitely be back for more massages and to try their other services!
PS. I only wish they were able to provide wine and mini treats during the couple massages. :)

I went in as a walk-​in on my lunch break hoping they’d have someone available for a 60 min massage. They said they did not until an hour later so I left. Then the owner/​manager came running out saying they had switched things around so that they could fit me in – GREAT!
I had Emma as my therapist and she must have been one of the best I’ve had! She could really tell where my pain/​trouble spots were and made sure to concentrate there. I felt like this massage was personalized exactly to my needs. Thanks Emma!

Alex, at the front desk, is friendly and engaging. I was offered a drink of water as soon as I entered.
And, when I ask for a deep tissue massage, I usually just get harder pressure rather than a true deep tissue massage. Olga, however, knows what a deep tissues massage is. Olga is fabulous and her massages make me want to move to the Dallas area!

I had a SpaFinder gift card, so I found Hand and Stone through the website looking for a place where I could use it. I checked them out on Unilocal (of course) and, after perusing their company website, decided to get a classic facial.
The place totally gives you «spa» atmosphere as far as music, scent, lighting. I didn’t get a tour of the building so I’m not sure of the entire layout but where I was guided for my facial was clean and serene. Dalia was my Esthetician. She did a wonderful job of relaxing me and educating me on skincare. They use and sell Dermalogica products.
The sales push for the membership was a bit much at checkout but I’m sure it was part of the young lady’s job (the lady at the front desk, not the Esthetician). I wasn’t interested in adding another membership to my monthly budget but it is a good deal. Otherwise, the prices are ridiculously high, in my opinion. Of course first-​timers get the special reduced rate, so if you haven’t been, it’s worth trying out.
Would love to come back and get another facial from Dalia but will definitely need another gift card, or a Groupon, or something, to offset the cost.
