Ughh was my experience this time! I usually have no problem getting the services that I need in a quick manner. When I walked in I received no greeting. Someone was ahead of me that the clerk was helping that ended up leaving me waiting for ten minutes before I walked out. I would have waited until the clerk looked at me and asked did I have a question. I said um, no I need to ship something. He said «oh ok». ???
Why would I stand there for nearly ten minutes just to ask a question? All the items I needed to ship were laid out on the counter. I left and went down the street to UPS and was greeted and assisted (in & out) within 5 minutes.

I’ve used this place twice now, as it’s right down the street from me, and I’ve had friendly customer service both times. The first was to mail a package and other than me giving the clerk the package and an address, I didn’t have to do any work to get it mailed. They also print postage onto letters and mail them out for you. Since I had limited use of the store, I can’t comment on any other services that they offer. I didn’t experience any rudeness, and the one time there was another customer in front of me, the clerk acknowledged that I was there and said he’d be right with me.
The only downside that I experienced is that they don’t sell actual stamps because they aren’t an official USPS office. You have to bring the item in to have the postage printed on it.

In this case it’s two strikes and your out —
Used this place many times in the past, change of management in the last year or so and it’s now someplace I’ll avoid. Second time the «manager» has been outright rude to me just as I walked in the door. I guess having 2 whole other customers put him in panic mode and turned him into a jerk. Usually I get a word out of my mouth before someone gets to act that way.
I’ll find another place to ship from — just will add a bit of driving for me, but better than dealing with this dim bulb. I thought the regular post office was bad, but at least they wait until you get to the counter before they treat you like crap.
My advice is to try somewhere else
