Summary: you are not a patient here but a number that the associates treat with disdain and you will be treated in an incredibly rude manner. Arrived 14 minutes late due to a wreck on the freeway and was immeadietly(no greeting at all) and rudely told that I needed to make a new appointment. I apologized for being late and then asked if there was anyway I could be seen since I drove an hour out to make this appointment. Response was — «well we have a policy if you’re 15 minutes late we cancel your appointment.» When I told showed him on my phone that I was clearly only 14 minutes late and I should be within your policy’s time, he replied«well you’re going to have to fill out paperwork so you’re basically more than 15 minutes late.» When I showed him the paperwork I had already filled out, he said that since I «barely» made it under the so-called«time limit» I wouldn’t be seen. Wouldn’t let me speak to or get the number of or get the email address of the doctor. I understand having policy but the traffic delay was unforeseeable and unavoidable and I was still technically within their«15 minute policy.» This was overall the rudest exchange I have ever been a part of. The associate at the front desk was not only unaccommodating, but seemed eager to turn me away and relished the opportunity to cancel my appointment. I was less than a patient, not even a customer, and would never trust my healthcare to these associates. I have since canceled my appointment and my family’s appointments with no intention of returning.

The office is very nice and the doctor and nurse were great but it was seriously one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a doctors office in a LONG time. 20 minutes after my daughters appointment I went to the front desk to see what was going on– you’re next she says, 20 more minutes go by and every single person in the lobby(which was pretty packed) and people who had literally just walked in have been seen and gone and we’re still sitting there. The desk staff could have cared less. Finally the 3rd time I asked if we should just leave because this is ridiculous an hour after her appt she was in a room. Like I said the doctor and her nurse were great very understanding and easy to deal with. If it weren’t for them we would never go back. Really they should give classes on customer service to the entire front desk staff!

I was displeased with being treated like a c. attle here. I was referred here by my excellent doctor Dr. Austin. This was his only mistake. The staff here does not even smile or look you in the eye during appointment setting and when they call you to see the doctor. The doctor was either a Dr. Garcia or Rivera. He was in-and-out of the patient room within 9 min!!! I was waiting to see him for over 30 min. He quicklty just clipped off skin tags, took my word about foot callous without even observing it. This was unacceptable. I have had several dermatologists and was trated 10x better. Still searching for dermatologist…
