This company has some serious issues. I’m going to briefly list a few of them without going into too much detail.
1. There is no communication between management and lessees, and questions often go unanswered (even after several attempts).
2. Promises made by management to get you to sign on the dotted line go unfulfilled, even after repeated inquiries.
3. There is no intelligence in terms of management. They neglect essential services to save money, yet spend money on nonessential things that don’t benefit anyone.
I wish I could say something positive about them. I really do.
