Best catering I’ve ever experienced. Food was fantastic, service top-​notch, and Ari is both the consummate professional and a super nice guy. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Pizza 900 catered our 80 person wedding in Lake Arrowhead, CA last weekend and it was phenomenal! The appetizers and pizza were a huge hit with all the guests. Many people even asked me where their restaurant was located because they wanted to go back! Ari was great through the planning process and even helped me with some ideas and recommendations. The crew was incredible the day of, very professional, efficient, and friendly. We also ordered our rentals from their sister company, Persiano, and everything was perfectly set up the way we wanted it and they even took it all down and cleaned up the venue afterwards, which was completely unexpected. We can not recommend this place enough for any party or event! The food is our of this world and they make it all so easy! Thanks guys!

Watch out for WOOD CHIPS in your pizza. I didn’t see it in my pizza (It was melted in the cheese and sauce). Chomped down and OUCH. An employee happened to walk by when it happened. I asked him what it was and that’s when he said it was a WOOD CHIP. I asked him how it happened. He said it happens when the wood crackles in the oven. Sometimes pieces pop off. I asked if it happens often and he said it happens.
As far as the pizza, it was ok but given the wood chip, I don’t see myself going back :(

Excellent dough, best sauce, best cheese, best ingredients.
The consistency of the dough is perfect. The cheese is unlike any other I’ve had on a pizza. Between the dough, cheese, and ingredients, everything is just so balanced. All the ingredients taste incredibly fresh. Nothing offends or distracts from the overall experience… and it is an experience!
There are so many fast fired pizza joints these days. Here’s how I rank the ones I go to:

I’m a big fan of pizza. In addition to the great staff, I was really impressed with how light and flakey the pizza was. Had the whole pie and didn’t feel bloated and or heavy for dinner. After long time eating American pizza! Highly recommended.

Love this place, I am here at least 3 days a week sometimes more. Great tasting pizza at great prices. Try their happy hour special from 3 – 6 and 9-​close for two dollars off your pizza. The owner and staff are always super friendly and quick. A+!

After the response I got from this guy Ari, I will definitely NOT be returning and would like to drop my rating to a negative if I could. STEAR CLEAR OF THE ASS RUNNING THIS PLACE! In my review, I stated that I would rather pay $ 10 for a Costco Pizza to feed my entire family rather than $ 10 a pizza per person, that statement had nothing to do with the quality, rather the price you pay per person, especially with Piology down the street doing the same gimmic for a fraction of the price. I have worked at 4 different pizza restaurants in my life time and I know how to make a quality pizza from scratch, but a burnt pizza is a burnt pizza! Ari, I would say the one thing your pizza had that WAS good was the cheese, but the dough was dry and lacking flavor. The olive oil made it messy, but did improve the flavor of the boring dough. I DID asked if there was a kids pizza and the cashier said there wasn’t. She said I should just make one of the personal pizzas that start at $ 10! Your rude response back saying they don’t start at $ 10 is a flat out lie! I would have expected an apologized for my bad experience, but instead u decided to blamed the staff, that I’m sure you hired, for not doing a good job at guiding me through the menu. I came in at 1pm on a Saturday with only 2 other people in the building and took a good 5 minutes to look over the entire menu. Its not the untrained staff causing me not to come back, it was the rude response I received from Ari, the lack of an apology, for being over charged, and the quality just isn’t worth it.
Beware raters: if u give ur own opinion this guy Ari will give u an essay on why ur a fat American and have no taste in food. I will let everyone I know to steer clear of this place.

Great Pizza and very unique. Fresh and cooked to perfection. This place is next door to our office and use them for all our company functions and even personal events.

The pizza is amazing. I ordered pizza late night and I craved it for an entire week. Be careful when ordering pizza from here u will want to cont to crave it for an entire week it not month.

Came here for a night pizza fix. I’ve been to Blaze, Pieology and 800 degrees before, but I love the variety they have here. Got the Carnitas Jimmy and it was delicious! Their beer selection was also awesome, I had That Guava beer and it was great!

I chose Pizza 900 to cater my 140-​person cocktail-​style engagement party. Before the party, when I told my mom that I was going to be serving pizza to our traditional, must-​eat-​kabob, Iranian guests, she almost murdered me. But what she didn’t know is that Pizza 900 isn’t any regular-​degular pizza. This pizza is LEGIT! The appetizers were amaaaaazing– my favorite was the goat cheese filled dates. The pizzas were so good that the first batch was gone almost instantly. I got so many compliments about the food from my guests. Thank you Ari! Your passion really shines through… your pizzas really are the best because they are made with LOVE. Ugh, I wish I had some pizza 900 right now!

Absolutely amazing. Great people who work there and they really care about their customers. They make it a point to remember you and what you have ordered in the past. The quality of the food is outstanding. Great flavors. I had the First, which is a premade style pizza and it was awesome and I will definitely get it again. My bf, he always gets the jimmy which is whatever the chef thinks up for that day with specialty ingredients but be careful they are known to be for the superior pallet. Totally worth the risk as these guys aren’t messing around. Can’t go wrong here. Definitely the best craft pizza out there.

Mouth watering pizza. But it took a while for the pizza to come out. Otherwise it’s a good place for pizza

Been here three times. Margarita pie and had one with arugula and dates. The crust has very nice flavor and the sauce is tangy. Two complaints. I always ask for it well done and it never is. I even begged them please burn it for me. and I got a cannoli. Not good, no flavor and it the shell was soft. I will say the owner did try to steer me to another dessert. Oh well. The pizza is really good and the prices are fair.

I was pleased to find this place as it is very close to my house and wouldn’t be a nightmare to get to after work in the 5:00pm rush!
It was great to be greeted upon walking in the door, and the cashier was very kind in answering all my questions as a first time customer. It was clear she takes pride in where she works and stands behind the product!
I ordered three pizzas to take home for my mom, husband, and I, and we were all very happy! It’s obvious that they use great ingredients and care about the process in making their pizzas.
Ari was there, who I remembered seeing other reviews about on here, and he was a top notch guy! Very friendly and appreciative of my business. I’ll definitely be back, and often!
