Jack In The Box

This place is horrible. I walked in to order. The cashier told me I have to buy a cup in order to get free water. She didn’t say whether they ran out of water cups, just indicating that it isn’t free at this location. On top of not getting any free water, she didn’t even ask if I wanted to dine in or have it to go. She blindly assume I was having it to go and didn’t ask if I needed any sauces. Clearly there’s no sauces available in the dining area and no dining trays to set my food on either.

I work in the area and when I dont take lunch I go to Jack. I have never had bad service here… everyone is always friendly & polite! My order is always correct, warm and it always hits the spot! What more can you ask for?

Very slow service. I’m the only one in there and it still takes over 10mim to get 2 tacos.

So last night I had the urge to see some titties. Nonetheless, I went to Bare Elegance. After seeing so many beef tacos, I decided to get some for myself at Jack in the crack. I eat my (mystery meat) tacos and when I woke up this morning, I seemingly had Ebola (chills/​fever/​throbbing headache). Now it’s Christmas Eve Eve and I’m going to be sick for the holiday’s. Long story short, I should’ve paid the extra bucks to eat beef tacos at BE.

No stars. My son has a pot luck for his football team today. I came and ordered 30 tacos at 3:25 and its 3:50 and haven’t received them yet. I asked twice for an update on my order and they told me the drive thru has priority over any orders. Service here is terrible. Manager won’t look at me. Service sucks. Never again. He didn’t even say sorry for the wait.

Today was an absolute disaster in the drive thru. To the lady taking my order… it was like teaching a toddler nuclear physics. Besides the fact you completely botched my order, that’s not even the worst part of my experience with you guys today. Let’s just put it this way… I am the sauce boss and you have failed me horribly. I asked for lots of ranch for my 6 tacos (don’t knock it until you’ve tried it) and you gave me 2 packets. To sum this all up. I’m not even mad at you .I’m just extremely disappointed.

Dirty, filthy, nasty place. EVERY. SINGLE.TABLE. DIRTY. Every single one!
Really sketchy clientele (I know that’s not the restaurant’s fault). But, jeez, I was wondering if we were going to mugged, shot, etc. I NEVER feel that way. ANYWHERE in the world!
It took over 10 minutes to complete our very simple order.
The food was nasty. Super salty sausage, almost inedible. In fact, I ended up giving my food to my dining partner.
Gross.

This place is very dirty and filthy. I really have never written a review like this but thats how bad it is. Every table in here needs cleaning. Ive been here about 30 mins and no one has come to clean anything eventhough customers have been in and out. I asked for the address to call a cab. No one knew the address. Its 8:44 a.m. and its hotter in here than it is outside. Very uncomfortable. I will not return. I was better off using the drive thru so i couldve remained oblivious to what things really look like.

Friendly staff. Small dine in place. I thought there was no drive thru, but just drive to the right and you can find it on your left. The place need renovation.

Ahaha I have been here plenty of times on drunken nights after the parties on the way home because it is right around the corner from my house, Me and my girls always get the 2 tacos for a 1 $! They are the bessssstttt tacos for a 1 $.
Its good quality fast food, and not too greasy and flavorful. :)

Coupons Coupons Coupons, I love Jack in the Box for giving away free stuff with coupons, it good quality fast food, not too greasy and flavorful, its above burger king and del taco for sure. This place have a small dine in space, about 25 people seating, thats about it.
This place get 3 stars for the sole reason of the cashier, I try to get a combo for a coupon and she insists that I cant redeem the coupon with a combo. The way that she said it makes you feel like an idoit and embarassed to the other customers. She’s kinda rude and snob but smiles that devil smile. Weird!

I frequently visit this location as it is very convenient to where I live. Sometimes for breakfast on the weekends, or weekday lunches, or even late night snacks. Although the food is consistent (as is required for fast food restaurants), I must comment on the excellent service I have received through the drive through on my last two visits. The employee had asked about our well being and how we enjoyed the weather, we thought that was strange at first to conduct small talk when d/​t employees don’t normally act that way. When I returned a second time, the drive through employee was kind again (don’t know if it was the same person as last time), she even asked if I was satisfied with my service and I was! Great job to this Jack-​in-​the-​box for stepping up your drive through customer service.

When I die, I think they are going to have to write, «Death by Jack in the Box» on my tombstone. Jack is open ²⁴⁄₇ and is probably literally the closest food establishment to my house. As a result, almost every night out on the town ends in a visit to the drive-​thru. The late-​nite drive-​thru staff here is so nice. Soooooo nice! Specifically this one woman… whenever we hear her soothing «Welcome to Jack, can I help you?» come on the speaker, we know we are in competent and capable hands.
Once we were with my friend’s brother who doesn’t like Jack in the Box and were forced to go to Carl’s Jr. This was the dialogue we had:
«Can we get some curly fries?»
«No, that’s Jack in the Box.»
«Can we get some jalapeño poppers?»
«No, that’s Jack in the Box.»
«Oh… can we get some mozzarella sticks?»
Jack has so many options that other places do not provide. So from now on, we stick with Jack and our favorite drive-​thru girl for all our nighttime food needs. She also hooks it up with the ranch!
