Horrible service. Had to ask 3 different people for bread, it finally came as we were finishing dinner. I’m not sure how long we waited for our check, stopped looking after 15 minutes. Now I know why they were not busy!

Texas roadhouse is always delicious but this one was different in that service was above and beyond. Our server rebecca on Saturday march 19 @ 11am(yes, we were waiting inn the parking lot for them to open) was quick, courteous, and provided us with boxes, lids for sauces, and extra bread without us ever having to ask! We usually have to flag down servers to ask for these things so her prompt, attentive service was greatly appreciated. Will return. :)

Stopped by at the peak of dinner rush and was seated within 10 minutes, which was great. The food, especially the steaks, were cooked perfectly, but by far the best part of our visit was our server, Symone. For some reason, there was a mix up with our order and we didn’t end up getting our appetizer until much later in our meal. She did an excellent job resolving the situation and getting our food out in a timely manner. She even took the appetizer off our check, even though she certainly didn’t have to! Thanks so much Symone! Definitely a fan of this Texas Roadhouse for its awesome service. Can’t wait to come back.

How does a «steakhouse» run out of prime rib at 6:00 on a Saturday night? Everytime I come here I am more and more disappointed.

everything about Texas Roadhouse seems to have gone down in the past few years. my fiancé and i were there more than once a month for a while. returning today made us wish we would have gone to outback 3 mins down the road. we ordered a water and a Long Island(one that was not a pre mix) and a few min later the manager came over letting us know they only have a premix(first place ever) but that was fine. he got a crown and Coke instead and that took about 10 min to get. we ordered an app, chili, salads then our food. took our app about another 10 min. then we sat there for about 20 – 25 and our salads were yet to be there. the girl running our food came out with our steaks and ribs and asked if we were missing anything. she couldn’t believe we hadn’t had our salads yet. finally got our salads after our food and said she’d send the manager over. manager never came. we ate our salads and asked for two boxes to go. it’s unfortunate. we now know we will only be going to outback from now on.

Terrible at seating during shift changes, half restaurant open and not seating people waiting 20+ minutes. Need better management and while was waiting girl got to cut in wait line just because former employee. TERRIBLE!

Since I was alone I sat at the bar looking forward to a nice meal after 10 hours on the road. Bar looked fine except for peanut shells everywhere but hey, it’s a bar! Big screen tv’s in several locations. My complaint is a recurring one in bar/restaurants: the bartender was thoroughly engrossed in conversation with her friends seated at the bar, so much so that I was practically ignored, and when I would get her attention I was made to feel I was being rude. This should never happen! Aside from that the food was great, steak cooked perfectly and I left very satisfied. I will return.

I chose to bump this Texas Roadhouse to three stars instead of two stars for two reasons: 1) our server, Jeremy, was quite attentive and 2) it’s a Texas Roadhouse, which should keep your expectations low. We were greeted immediately and seated shortly thereafter, which is always nice. Jeremy was knowledgeable of the menu as well as the beer list. It seemed like we waited a bit longer for our food than normal, but not too bad. Our 6 year old could not be talked out of the kid’s Mac and Cheese, which the menu clearly states is Kraft. Kudos to them for the clear advertising, however it arrived as a congealed ball that appeared to have been made no less than three hours prior to our arrival. My husband’s strip steak was«really well» done vs. the ordered«medium». My grilled chicken salad was pretty good and our 3 year old’s hotdog looked reasonably appealing. In the end, Jeremy had the Mac and cheese taken off the bill and told my husband to let our server know if his steak was too done in the future(my husband ate the whole thing before mentioning it). I hate to end on a negative, but it must be said. Don’t ever look at the bottom side of the table here. Using the flashlight app on my phone to search for a dropped Lego piece, I noticed no less than a dozen pieces of old gum stuck to the underside of the table. Gross.

I’ve watch this place gradually go from amazing service to trash. I’m not sure what the problem is but this business could stand to reevaluate their quality of service.

Just like every other Texas Roadhouse that exists. The food is pretty good but the service isn’t great. Our waitress is good but the rest of the staff look miserable. They give the vibe that they all hate their job.

We went on Mother’s Day and it was crazy packed. I am not sure if they take reservations, but I should have looked into that. We had to wait forever for a table since my Aunt was in a wheelchair and can’t do the booths. I think at least 75% of the restaurant is booth so we had to wait a loooong time. But we were finally seated and everything was great. Our server was excellent and our food was all hot and exactly what we ordered. I got the double pork chops so I could take one home. They were flavorful and I love the sweet potato and the option o get a salad as a side.

FUCKING horrible service, waited 10 minutes for drinks! It’s Wednesday and slow as EXCUSEEXCEPTFATLAZYEMPLOYEES, and im not busting on anyone’s weight, that is just an observation, and being fat does not excuse the laziness… here’s a suggestion, have fun outside of work, not at work! Next problem is with appetizer, not the food, but after having to ask for a plate, bitch brings dirty ones! Ya, I complained loudly, nasty bitch. ok, salads came, its lettuce, so really couldn’t be messed up, STEAK was GREAT! Delicious actually, BUTTHEN A FIGHTBREAKSOUT!!! What kinda of ghetto ass Fucking restaurant are u ppl running!!! So in closing, FUCKTHISROADHOUSE!

Food was disgusting! Texas Roadhouse is my favorite restaurant! I’ve been in many Texas Roadhouses like in six different states, but this one just look like a Texas Roadhouse, but nothing familiar with truly ones. All food wasn’t even close for«Texas» standards.

We prefer this location. We live on the west side of Indianapolis and we still come here. They bring out a basket of rolls with cinnamon butter. We always start out with a onion blossom with ranch dressing and the blossom sauce. The blossom sauce has horseradish in it and I am not a fan. But Kyle likes it. Next we both got 6 oz sirloins. They come with 2 sides for $ 9.99 I love the side salads with all the fixings, eggs cheese tomatoes and croutons. The staff is amazing. Everyone has been very friendly.

I had a hankerin’ for a steak and it was nearly 10pm. This was about the only place open that I could get one so I headed on over to satisfy my craving. Now some of you guys may think 4 stars is a bit high for this place. And you’d be right, if I were just talking about the food. The food is just ok. I ordered the Ribeye and it was large.(That’s what she said. Ha! Sorry, couldn’t help myself.) Anyhow, it was cooked as I had requested and it was… fine. Nothing wrong with it but nothing incredible as well. But what pushed me to add that extra star was their service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and seated. My server was always checking up on me and made sure I was ok. She also made sure to converse and joke around with me. Keep in mind, I was there just before closing. Usually servers are moving like zombies at the end of the night and just about as friendly, too. Not the case here. That’s what impressed me the most. So if I’m ever in the mood for a steak around 10pm again, you’ll probably find me here.

Yeeee-Haaa! Texas Roadhouse was a pleasant surprise. I was hesitant to go since eat neither pork nor beef, and those are the first two things that I think of when I hear«Texas barbecue.» I was quite pleased by the variety of menu offerings at Texas Roadhouse. Expect the normal«All American» cuisine offerings like chicken tenders, onion blossoms, and good ‘ol burgers and fries; allow yourself to be surprised by things like smothered chicken and grilled shrimp over rice. If you’re looking for something quick, tasty, and relatively cheap, the friendly atmosphere of Texas Roadhouse may be just right for you. Giddy up!
