This is a lovely, clean, spacious SB, located in a great neighborhood (near Trader Joe’s!). However, the staff there is so young and uninformed. Perhaps there is too much turn-​around and they cannot train employees fast or well enough, because I have had such poor experiences there. They do not know how to answer my questions about drinks. They do not know how to make a return or exchange. They have had to pause the transaction, and call their manager for help. I have also been overcharged twice, and getting it corrected is not worth the time and effort! I learned this the hard way when I waited over 15 mins for an error I discovered on my receipt, all while holding up the line and making all of the customer’s behind me very cranky.

Love Starbucks but this place could be better in employees. They are dull and boring and could be more cheerful. Wish they had a drive thru tho. Other than that this is a decent Starbucks.

Coffee was fine as usual at Starbucks but the service was lacking. Cashier just doesn’t know basic math. My order came to $ 5.78, I gave her $ 6.03. She had already entered $ 6.00 and couldn’t figure out the change and insisted that my change should be $ 0.22 not $ 0.25 that I was saying «cause the computer said so». SMH. This world is in trouble, our youth can’t do simple math. l

Starbucks is still my go to in the morning on the way to work. The new staffers here can be very slow, but they do a good job with the drinks. I only wish Starbucks would keep the salted caramel mocha around all year.

I come to the Willow Lakes Starbucks several times a week. Today, I dropped in to sip on a Carmel Macchiato while relaxing on a chaise lounge and reading a good James Patterson novel. The Caramel Macchiato was crafted to perfection and hit the spot on a dreary, rainy day. As usual, the baristas were friendly and made me feel welcome.

Filthy. Not crowded but service is lackadaisical and it took me five minutes to get a tall coffee. Out of cream at station, garbage, crumbs, unclean tables everywhere. Signs of a poor manager.

Went to get a iced tea and coffee been here multiple occasions all were we’ll very fast at service very friendly if there is a slight or even chance of dissatisfaction they are happy to remake what you need with out making faces or acting as if it is an inconvenient thing for them to do. Never had any issues here yet great place

It was around 15 years ago that this location opened it’s doors. This store holds a special place in my heart. The partners working here over the years have changed and with each I have many great memories as a continual customer. The current team is outstanding and while one day I know they will each move on to greater endeavors I am proud of the quality of service they give. Many ask why I am so stuck on Starbucks. It’s not just about the coffee. It’s about the people they have that make it special.

You expect a certain level Of customer service when you go to a Starbucks. However, this location exceeds all others that I have been to. Always lots of people but somehow the baristas always have a smile on their faces. Truly when you have to be up at 7am, it is nice to consistantly see a smiling face.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since the day it opened. It’s my favorite (‘cuz it’s in my neighborhood). Quality of product is standard. Service has always been good in my experience. Staff is pleasant and attentive.
Much better capacity since they ditched most of their kitsch. Recently they overhauled the furniture, I give that change a C+. However, if you have a group of 8 – 12, there are 3 big tables that will seat you comfortably.
