Love this place. I always have a great experience no matter which salon/​waxer I go to. They are always very friendly & professional. Amelia is my favorite!

I give this review a 5 star because the atmosphere is great and the staff are also pleasurable. It is clean and it ambiance is great as well. Also, I’d hate to penalize the establishment just because of one specialist with whom I didn’t find very accommodating and neither did she do a good job. Anyway, here goes…
I recently relocated from another state and being that I was already used to and comfortable with the previous specialist I had (Shout out to Victoria all the way in the Bay!!! and being the hopeless dub fan I am, go warriors!!!), I was a bit hesitant to make the change and begin the all-​new and weird process of finding me a wax specialist who turned this uncomfortable situation to a «comfortable» (because it never really gets that way no matter how long) one. Anyway, I wanna thank and applaud Courtney for a great job well done (had a Brazilian done). This was my second time going here and I am really thankful that I switched my appointment date to another day and found me what I’d consider from here onward, my go to wax specialist. She took her time and at the same time ensured that the experience was comfortable yet less excruciating. She was attentive to detail and ensured that she thoroughly got the area well cleaned up. In addition, she helped recommended the exfoliating scrub and even took the time to help compare and identify which one would best suit my needs. In addition, throughout the experience, we engaged in conversation and we even got to know each other during that allotted time. I was thankful for her and I am more than happy to recommend my friends to her.
That said, as mentioned above, I didn’t want to take away from the establishment overall although, I’ll let it be known that my first visit here was with Cassandra and it was quite the awkward experience. I mean, obviously I’ve not had many chances with her, BUT, the experience was uncomfortable and she rushed through the job (Brazilian as well). The area was not well cleaned up and it was also a painful experience altogether. It was then that I vowed that I’d rather try a different wax specialist who works for me.
Thank God for Courtney. Thanks Courtney and I sure will be back.

Just had my first appt with Courtney. I was painless and easy. The facility is very clean and modern. Staff was super friendly and professional, and there was no hard sell. I will become a regular, as Courtney was fantastic. This was such an easy process. Plus very hygienic, which is a must for me.

I received a complimentary coupon in the mail for first time guests, so I decided to stop in on my day off. I called ahead, and they had an opening within the half hour.
I had a really nice experience, Amelia took extra time to fix an eyebrow issue that I have going on. The only drawback was it was really cold in the room, and the music was loud and upbeat. Not your typical soothing music that you’re used to in a spa. But that didn’t take away from the quality of my brows at all, she did a pretty good job.
As I checked out, I rescheduled and was given a card to rate my experience and receive $ 5 off of my next service. Nice!

Amelia was amazing. Very comfortable and quick. Painless Brazilian wax. I will for sure return. Amazing service and price! Couldn’t be happier!

Always happy with my services at European Wax Center. You won’t find a better value in Indy, and Cassandra is the best! Worth the drive from downtown.

I’ve been a loyal customer at European Wax Center in FOUR cities. Needless to say, I know a good wax ;) As a new resident to Indianapolis, I was weary of yet finding another solid wax specialist. Today I had an appt with Kayla and she was great! Patient, informative, and thorough! Looks like I found a new specialist. first time around!

I had the Brazilian Wax Service and Brow Service with Kayla. She did an excellent job at making me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. She also cheered me on throughout the Brazilian Service-​which helped me get through the entire thing!
I ended up purchasing the buy 6 get one free for the Underarm and Brazilian Services. I will be going back this weekend for the Underarms and Lower Legs. Looking forward to pitching my razor!

Good, quick, efficient waxers that pain free wax you wherever you need it and they run on time! Always! … Close to trader joes and Starbucks. Great location!

Stopped in the European wax center and had a full bikini wax by kelsey and it was super fast and not a hair left down there. Just the way I like it.

Love this place! Was a little frustrated they were running 15 minutes behind today but overall good experience. So much better than normal waxing at a salon and not as expensive. Very friendly staff! Will definitely return!

This was my first time at this location, but my second wax with this company!
I absolutely loved the facility and I had Amelia as my waxer (is that the appropriate term?). Amelia was great, super talkative and she recommended some great products for me.
I will definitely be coming back and will recommend as many friends as possible!

I know you may think I’m crazy by giving a Waxing place 5 stars, but it definitely deserves every star. The facility is very clean and sanitized. It’s a very beautiful facility that makes you feel comfortable and not some questionable dark room in the back lol. It was one of the easiest waxes I’ve ever experienced (I’ve had some bad ones). This «miriacle wax» that they use is less painful, they are quick and efficient, and the price is reasonable. I would recommend this center to anyone who is interested in waxing. They do it all from head to toe. I am going back for sure!!!

I had a Brazilian done by Cassandra today. She was amazing! She was very quick and talked me through what she was doing. The experience isn’t very pleasant in general, but she did a good job of making it as good as it could be. I have not been sore AT ALL. The last Brazilian I had left me sore for 2 days. It was very clean and nice on the inside of the establishment.
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the woman checking me in was slightly strange. I told her someone recommended me (because that gets them $ 5 off their next wax), and she said that was great but never took her name. Then, when I left, she said «So I have you down for 3 weeks from now. Does 10 still work?» I know they need to up sell, but don’t assume.
