WORST manicure experience ever. I honestly have no idea how these people stay in business. I went in for the first time to get a manicure. I walked in and wasn’t greeted. The owner looked up and then looked back down. She later shouted a number at me (apparently telling me which station to go to). She then proceeded to rip off my existing gel manicure. When I told her that was horrible for your nails and asked why she didn’t soak it off, she told me it ‘takes too long.’ Umm, for who? They had NO other clients and even if they were packed, that’s totally unacceptable. Not only was the customer service appalling, but the manicure itself was absolutely awful. Aside from the atrocious customer service and manicure, the ambiance was equally as bad. Just another cheap salon. Nothing relaxing or upscale about it. I could handle that if they at least did a great job, but no.
I repeat, how in the world do these people stay in business? Unreal. Save your time and your money. I wouldn’t go back even if it was free.

Super clean. They don’t answer the phone if they are with a client. Refer to picture for hours. Family run business, very nice. I was happy with my manicure and my daughter was happy with her pedicure. From out of town so I relied on reviews.

The absolute worst and degrading customer service. The door was wide open and yet halfway through the pedicure the wife had the nerve to tell me I should have come earlier. How about keeping your advertised hours? Yet it still took a while to get started when there was no one else waiting. Then she instructed me to hoist my leg up myself which was extremely uncomfortable. I’ve never had a more stressful and unrelaxing pedicure. And to top it off she made fun of the color I chose. Felt abused and will NEVER be back.

This nail salon is absolutely wonderful. As far as aesthetics, it’s your standard nail salon but the owners are very nice. I have been here twice and both times the owner/​employees were very friendly and talkative. Heck, they even remember the last time I visited, which was over a year ago. Most nail salons the technician never or barely talks to you and just ends up tapping you on the hands and feet as well as get your request for how you want your nails done confused or messed up. This place is far from that, they are friendly and understand English fairly well. They have yet to slice and dice my cuticles up or act like they have no time for me. As far as I can tell the place is clean and well kept and the prices are standard with most other nail places ($ 40 for mani/​pedi). I highly recommend walking in and actually ENJOY getting your nails done!
