Great staff here and they have the best quality of food. People say that they are over rated and I would totally have to disagree. I always enjoy the food and customer service. Must try: Animal style burger Animal style fries Shakes Also I enjoy a whole grilled onion Also fried mustered that is awesome!

Usually fast and pretty empty. My favorite In N Out In the area because it’s so chill. Love that we feed our family of 4 for under $ 20

Seriously the best, freshest and tastiest burger for the price. In-N-Out came to Texas right when we moved here and I couldn’t be happier. Nothing is ever frozen.

Thumbs up for this place. Love the food and service with a smile!!! They even wear gloves so my food is safe. I really like that they care about my food and it shows. I am a return customer!

What a guilty pleasure. Gotta get an In-N-Out fix every now and then. If you have never had, try it. Mostly out west. I got a double double animal style. I thought animal style was loads of mustard and pickles but that’s okay that it had what appeared to be thousand island dressing on it. Still very tasty. Fries are very small — almost shoe string but fresh.

We were driving from Ft. Worth back to Dallas and we needed some lunch. In & Out to the rescue of course! We were in town visiting Dallas and being originally from California, I love my In & Out! While being in town I needed to at least have In & Out a couple times! The majority of In & Outs I have been to, are pretty much the same or very similar — when it comes to layout, menu(obviously), parking, wait, seating, and customer service. Oh yeah… let’s not forget the most delicious burgers and fries! Customer service was very good here. Friendly and helpful. We did not go during a super busy time, right before lunch rush hour. Luckily we were able to get our food relatively quick. I always order a hamburger with no tomato and grilled onions… yummy! I add in the yellow peppers that are by the ketchup, spicy but so good! This trip I also ordered a chocolate milkshake… I just couldn’t resist! Yummy!

It’s okay… It’s cheap and dry. Maybe that’s why Californians like it so much. The staff is always super friendly, which is nice. The fries are hard as rocks. The burger is pretty to look at.

After a long day of heavy driving it was a pleasure to be able to stop at 12 o’clock in the morning and get a fresh hot hamburger with my cousins. This location is sparkling clean, the staff greet with A smile, in the food came out hot and delicious. In addition to the great dressing the toasted buns make all the difference. Price per value here is most excellent! The ease and convenience of being near a quick trip to fill up on gas and easy hop on and hop off of the freeway make this a near perfect drop and go to sate the pickiest of drivers. Plus you can’t beat the drive-through if you’re really really needing to grab and go, as the box eat in the car style meal is ideal.

Love it. Make their fries fresh. Food tastes good and is not ginormous portions like other places have. Good eating atmosphere also. Prices are not too bad either. Service is also great. Glad they came to Texas! The thing people don’t realize about in-out is its actually better and healthier compared to others(not that burgers and fries are healthy). We are used to such bad food with high amounts of sugars and other junk chemicals that we have forgotten what food tastes like. People saying McDonald’s is better are saying it because they have become acclimated to eating high amount of sugars and salts.

I had visited In-N-Out when they first opened here in DFW at the Irving location and was not satisfied at all. My little sister just moved here from Cali and raves about this place so I decided to give it a try. I tried my burger animal style as advised by her and it was very good. I rated it 3 stars though because my DP tasted a bit flat and my fries were cold and tasted old and just not fresh as they claim. Besides that the restaurant was busy and seemed clean !

Always good burgers, fries and milkshakes — chocolate is my favorite. The drive thru is always fast and the inside is clean. It’s not the best burger of course; it is fast food. But it’s always fresh, fast, cheap and good! What else could you want?

I was finally able to swing by an In-N-Out while on business in DFW, to taste the Kool-Aid my California friends always rave about, and the Kool-Aid just wasn’t my flavor. That’s not to say they don’t make a good fresh hamburger. Everything was made well, looked good enough and wasn’t overpriced. Interior of the place was spotless and the teenaged employees wearing paper hats were super excited to help me with my order. I’m just not a fan of Thousand Island dressing, which is a big part of their burger fame. Also, the burgers are fairly small if you’re used to the giant Whataburger options. Each his own. Big fan of not so big, but fresh, burgers? Even bigger fan of thousand Island dressing on your burgers? You’ll love In-N-Out.

4 stars + for fast food category. 1. Burgers are tender, and the sauce is tasty. Fries are ok. I tried the burger protein style 2. Service is friendly and fast turnaround 3. Always clean and nice décor for a fast food joint. I’m a In n out fan, having visited in DFW and in south Cali !

The food was hot and fresh and made to order. The restaurant was sparkling clean. Customer service: I think other fast food restaurants should use In and Out Burgers customer service model as an example of «How to do it.»

Man I love me some In-N-Out Burger. I’ve been a fan for years and was so happy when they finally moved to Texas. The burger is a very good consistent burger. It’s not going to change your life and it’s not the best burger in the world but it is very good and has been very good every time I’ve had one and at every location that I’ve had one. The fries are not my favorite, my problem not theirs, so I just get the burger. Hey, missing a few fries might even be good for me. Consistent hot fresh food and almost always friendly staff is why I’m a fan and plan to stay that way.

Worst burger in my entire life. I have no idea why people are crazy about these burgers. The meat was barely cooked, and was still raw in the center. The fries were cold and tasted like they had sat under a heat lamp for an hour. They also jacked up the price on me at the register claiming I did not hear the price correctly. I won’t be back to this over rated rip off joint.

Tried this place one more time for good measure and I’m still trying to figure out what all the hype was about? the burger is just ok and the fries are horrible. i guess people from California are used to mediocre burgers. I’m pretty sure I won’t be back. I’ll just head down the road to 5 guys.

The classic California burger shop serving«animal style» burgers and fries. The not so secret menu is always the way to go here. I always find the fries bland unless with animal style. I get my burgers animal style but even without the simple fresh burgers are always top notch.

My friend Katrina and I was so hungry so we stopped by last minute before heading back to Dallas. I got a double double animal style with grilled onions without the lettuce, tomato, and onion with animal style fries. Katrina ordered the double double with everything without onions and regular fries. I’m not used to the wait compared to other fast food restaurant. But it was okay. Or food came out and it was nice and hot. It seemed really fresh. I was happy with my burger however Katrina’s was a little bit more pink more on the raw-ish side. So I asked for another one for her. And it came out perfect, they also offered us a new batch of hot french fries! It wasn’t necessary, we said no but they insisted. We both enjoyed our food but I think we both agreed to just get regular fries without animal style. Overall, this location was great! I’ll be back when I’m back on that side of town. 4 stars to the raw patty. But thankful they replaced it!

Ok so I’m just rating the actual establishment because I have already done a review on what I think of IN-N-OUT burger with the location in Fort Worth. The abridged version is unless you get it Animal Style you aren’t going to like this place. It’s inexpensive for made fresh ingredients with great flavors and if you don’t like it… well MOREFORME! :) I really like this location. I was told that it was one of the busiest in the DFW area and I totally believe it. That being said, although it is busy… it is the MOST like the In-N-Out’s in California. By that I mean, the turn over in the store as far as getting people in and out(hahahah see what I did there!), the consistency of how food is made, the cleanliness of the store and the friendliness of the staff. Bravo Hurst. I keep coming back to this location for something that reminds me of home. :)
