I came to this location because I wanted to port over from Verizon, the lead retail consultant was very helpful and was able to provide me with the best plan for 5 lines, overall everyone at this location was very friendly.

This store is amazing they really helped me out, Ricardo Lazo gave me a great deal! for being with sprint for over 12 years he was able to give me loyalty discounts with all my upgrades, I definitely I recommend this location to anyone that wants to receive great customer service.

Bad customer service ! I went in to get iPhones6 when they came out for family they told me the total price and we went ahead with it and the young lady there started adding more charges like my iPhone came out to be like 700 each iPhone fucking insane !! Then told us it would be 170 every month and it ended up being 200 every bill Bad service they need to fire everyone even the manger who doesn’t even help at all just trying to make the sell they move people every time so they won’t get a bad review or if we want to go talk to them they tell us he she is gone and they could help us when the other girl guy knows what she did wrong? Lol there funny they give you bad attitude ! So people don’t go to this sprint spot the one in Downey might be better I gave them no stars !!

Very bad experience. Employees are rude, don’t care, just want to sale. Went in to get a phone but their were no phones on display the guy just explain what the phone was :/I need to see the phones!!! Will not be coming back here

I opened the account back in December a retail by the name of Jose Vargas at the store in Huntington park ca 90255 ok Florence Ave, asked me what carrier I had before I told him AT&T I was looking for a much cheaper plan he told me we can do that I’ll go ahead and put you on a plan that you will pay $ 150 a month I told him that was great. He also added that there was a promotion going on about an iPad that I would only pay $ 5 a month for it so my total monthly bill would be $ 155 I told him that was still great. So I took the plan and the phones. My first bill of course came out high because of the activation fee but after that my bill kept coming out to $ 203.86 that wasn’t what I was promised. So I went to the store and asked to speak to the represntive that had helped me but he had been transferred to a different store. I have not had help what so ever on lowering this bill to the price I was promised. I am so upset with you company and employees I feel like they lie to us just to get us to go to sprint and then have us pay a higher bill than my last provider ! I paided $ 180 at AT&T with excellent service no dropped calls. I’m an sorry to say but sprint is not worth paying $ 203.86.I just hope you big guys up in headquarters know what your employees are doing to make sales. They are lying just to make sales. As of today I am no longer with sprint I changed carriers to T-Mobile a better service. And not only that employees that have better customer service and not give attitudes to their customers

I went in shopping for an upgrade; It was my first time going into this Sprint Store location. I must say, I am very pleased with my purchase! My sales representative, Bolivar was very helpful and worked his numbers to give me the best deal possible. His customer service is above & beyond! Go & ask for him!

Why Am I not surprised that this store has bad reviews? Because their customer’s service sucks, that’s why! They are good when it is commission they’re making! I bought a screen protector with a lifetime warranty, well it’s lifetime ended the moment I needed it replaced. They are useless, starting with management! Don’t bother going here!

I switched over from tmobile to sprint and i regret it. The sales rep georgina told us sprint wpuld cover our last bill even if we were on aonth to month and not a contract and that was bull they told me i had to pay the phone in full which i ended up paying for accessories i did not even ask for. Everyone in the store is full of crap rude and do not wven know what they are doing i am going to Verizon since they are doing the same as sorint claims to do when u switch Verizon sales rep are extremely nice and helpful. We tried talking to a supervisor his name was jose and he was the biggest idiot of them all rudest of all and unprofessional do not go to this store or go to sprint you will regret it.

this is more of a complaint with Sprint home and cell network service then the actual store. Bottom line their Home service is horrible. I couldn’t stay on a call longer than 10 minutes before it cut off with a busy signal. The $ 100 credit they give you is not worth the trouble — seriously. I couldn’t wait until my contract was over — then we went right back to Vonage.

The workers at this sprint store are extremely shady and will screw you over for commission. Beware, they will tell you that they can place a phone on hold for you only if you spend over 100 dollars in accessories. Bogus! I had the worst experience and am glad I didn’t buy into any of there schemes.
