Sweetest workers ever, I love them all! They really do remember you if you come in multiple times and it’s pretty awesome. They always greet you with a smile and get you exactly what you want efficiently.
I never really spoke with the owners but they are super sweet. My boyfriend is the one who usually talks to the owners and they remember previous conversations with you and it’s pretty awesome to see owners get along with the customers so well. That’s like plus a million stars in my book.
The food is great too. I only get the Lox City here and it’s delicious. I get it whenever I come here. It comes with smoked salmon, tomatoes, red onions, cream cheese and capers (which I don’t get) on your choice of a bagel or bagel roll with a pickle.
The bagels are baked fresh every day and there’s always a variety to pick from. I like the spinach, onion and just plain bagels. The rolls look pretty good too but I haven’t really tried them yet however they look super fluffy and delicious.
If you’re not into bagels they also have juices which they juice right then and there for you. & They have different drinks such as thai tea, Vietnamese coffee, and others I don’t remember but they have boba here if you want to satisfy your craving!

I came here just for the boba (so this rating is solely based off of that…). I wasn’t a big fan of the boba, it was like a shake and very milky and kind of too heavy and sweet for my taste (I got green tea flavored). So if you were planning on coming here solely for the boba I wouldn’t recommend it!

We were excited to try this place for breakfast but we were so dissapointed! The appliances were noisy, the coffee was watery, the bagle omelette was bland and the place was warm so warm that I walked out to drink my coffee and took half my bagel home. The only positive was that the servers were nice the reason for the two stars.

We visited this place because of Unilocal reviews, the place is nice and clean. Perfect bagels and priced very reasonably.
Customer service is really good too. Totally recommend it.

Built my own Hawaiian LOX CITY BAGLE, i asked if they could add avocado, with lemonpepper and i gave it a touch of squezzed lemon over it. Oh sooo onoleshes! Plus these Bagles are huge.

Very fast and great food and drink.
My favorite is the wheat bagel with their veggie cream cheese with cucumber on top with a Vietnamese coffee to top it off.
So good it makes me want to drive down here on my days off and I live 20 minutes away.

We used to come to this place a lot, until I saw food flies in their bagel case. This is the second time we saw flies flying in the case so we stopped coming here. They have great sandwiches and bagels but we don’t want to share the food with the flies. If you don’t mind that than we would recommend this place but not for us.

Great place to get bagels.
They have breakfast sandwiches, smoothies.
Not too expensive.

I was skeptical of this place.
Their everything bagel is second best in town.
Coming from this jew that is one helluva genuine promotion.

This is a tough review to write because we used to LOVE this place. The family that owned it was so sweet, always had excellent service, and most important, had good quality bagels.
Unfortunately, this place is obviously under new management and it shows. The bagels are not as good. They are extremely light in color and the taste and texture is off. We also ordered ice blended drinks. One of the drinks was wrong (not what we ordered) and they were both very weak. Especially the Taro.
I hate to say it, because we used to love coming here, but I don’t think we will return. We’ll stick with Bagelmania down the street.

Love this place! Everything is made fresh daily! Everyone working there are welcoming and nice! Will be back for more and more!

Service and the smile behind the counter every time I go there is fantastic. I always get a boba tea drink with a bacon, egg, cheese, and sausage sandwich on plain bagel. It is a day changer.

The customer service at this bagel shop deserves 100 stars. Its employees were attentive, efficient, and very friendly.
The store is clean and they have a great selection of bagels and freshly made juices.
I didn’t get anything because I had already had breakfast, but my 12 year old son got the cheese bagel and said it deserves 4.5 stars. He is devouring it as I type. :)
We will definitely be back!

So GOOD! When I came here, I was very surprised by the amazing quality of food and service I got from such a small, empty, and easy to miss café. The workers were so nice and patient as I ordered and it made my visit even better when I found out they had boba! You wouldn’t know from just passing by since they don’t advertise it on the outside at all, but it makes this place so much greater for me! The sandwich I got was also phenomenal and very filling for the cheap price I paid. Will definitely return often!

I mean. WOW! Not to long ago, my favorite bagel shop, Izzys, closed down… I was heart broken and could never find any other shop that could compare. until now. They everything bagel is absolutely perfect. That staff was so friendly… I had to come back and get a second one and they remembered my order. ¹⁰⁄₁₀

3^rd time here. Super friendly service & great food! Today I came in about 15 minutes before closing to get my favorite Thai tea boba drink (a guilty pleasure of mine). They were closing early because it wasn’t busy but they were so sweet & stopped what they were doing to make my drink with a smile… & of course, extra boba included! I love coming to places where the employees just absolutely kill you with kindness– positive vibes are addictive :))

Came by here a few weeks ago and it was pretty amazing. It’s a very low key shop with a wonderful staff and a wide selection of items (with a focus on bagels and drinks). Ended up with a banana bread bagel I believe which jelly added to it, which was soft and delicious. Very inexpensive, and I do hope to come back the next time I’m in the area. Especially for the Hawaiian bagel which was sold out, and to try one of their drinks!

Perfect for what it is, a quick bagel stop. Jalapeño cheese bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese was filling with the right price. Sandwich and an iced coffee ran $ 7. Very friendly service

I love breakfast! It’s my favorite time of day. There’s a large parking lot so don’t worry about finding a spot. It’s a fairly big place so there’s seating indoors and outdoors. Ambiance is very casual and they have a TV as well. There were plenty of staff members ready to assist you.
There’s a wide selection of bagels and drinks to order. My usual bagels were there too: jalapeño cheese, Asiago, sourdough, egg, and plain. They have new flavors that I’ve never seen before like Hawaiian. It has carrots, coconut, and pineapple in it. I didn’t see actual pieces of it but I’m sure the flavor is incorporated inside. I decided to try the banana nut bagel today. It was delicious. You don’t taste the nuts since they’re not whole nuts. It’s blended into the bagel but you do taste the banana flavor. I also like how they put a lot of cream cheese in my bagel, just the way I like it.
I didn’t get a chance to try their drinks although I wanted to. They have coffee (looks like free refills too), smoothies, juices, and boba drinks.
I would definitely come back again to try other items.
