A huge thank you to Tiffanie for the wonderful service and product! I walked in and requested a custom order for a baby gender reveal party that I was hosting. I showed Tiffanie the colors that I wanted the donuts to be and she matched them perfectly. She went above and beyond but texting me a sample to make sure that it was exactly what I wanted and she also suggested prettier sprinkles than the ones I had originally asked for. The customer service was great, as was the price. Needless to say, the donuts were delicious too and everyone really enjoyed them! Overall, I was very pleased. Thanks again Golden Boy! I’ll be back soon! :)

Their cream-filled donuts and sandwiches are to die for !! I haven’t tried anything else so I can’t speak for the other pastries and what nots but I wouldn’t be surprised if everything at Golden Boy Donuts was super über delicious. The workers there are really friendly too ! I’ve found my new favorite donut/sandwich place

I go here specifically for their bagels. Even their whipped cream cheese is better than the other places. They will customize it however you like. I like the veggie cream cheese on a salt bagel. They have a variety of bagels, from asiago cheese, everything, cinnamon, salt, wheat, and more. The donuts although I haven’t tried are giant in size. The peeps that work/own it are very nice.

Stumbled across this place on Unilocal as I was in the area and quite honestly the line at the donuttery was too long. Besides I just wanted to satisfy my craving for a maple bar. Upon walking in they weren’t many donuts left being that it’s before noon on a Sunday that can be expected. I noticed quite a few people ordering sandwiches and not very many donuts. My donut was just okay nothing spectacular. It wasn’t as moist as I’d like, but still an okay donut. If you’re looking to grab a quick donut without the bells and whistles then this will work. Also the family that owns this place are really friendly.

Donuts were actually pretty damn good(and we went at 2pm when they probably weren’t fresh). And the coffee was actually very tasty. Place is very outdated and dingy but if you’re not staying to eat there, no biggy. I had the PB&J donut and it was great. Perfect amount of PB. Would definitely go back.

THis is my GO-TO place for Donuts, Muffins, and Breakfast Sandwiches! since its located right across the street from my work, ive been coming here for years. It is totally Family run, and they treat each and every customer like they are Family. Affordable and accommodating, I pick up regular orders for my Staff on Saturdays, and now they come to expect this wonderful and Tasty Treat. And we all know how it works: When my team is happy, Im Happy!!! and what could be happier than a mouth Full of Donuts?! Thanks GOLDENBOY :)

Horrible customer service!!! I asked for an Oreo donut, man said no we don’t serve that donut anymore. My friend walks in 5 mins and asks for the same donut and the man goes in the back and makes it for him! Are you serious! Seriously treat every customer the same. This is the 20th century.

1) This is a family ran donut shop, the people are friendly and i like the old Man who owns it, he’s a good story teller. 3) They create their own donuts which i really like, it makes the late night«donut run» a much better experience. 4) The area is mediocre, you might see a few homeless people & stragglers walking around, but overall it’s still Huntington Beach.

My wife and I stopped in this unassuming donut shop for some breakfast on our way out of Huntington Beach. We shared a maple bar and a chocolate-covered old-fashioned donut and a bottle of water. Both donuts were great, but I especially liked the old-fashioned. The donuts have a nice, hand-made texture that’s way better than chain places. They even have some crazy flavors here like PB&J donuts. They also had homemade bagels. I’m filled with regret for not getting one! They looked delicious and had loads of toppings. I didn’t try the coffee, but I imagine it’s typical donut shop quality. The store itself isn’t much to look at. Tyere are a few tables and chairs but I imagine most people get take out — they even have those nice pink boxes. Apparently they’ve been around for 30 years — which explains why their donuts are so good. If you’re in the area, I’d highly recommend.

Donuts are really good! The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is the actual place could use a good deep cleaning/make over/de-cluttering. I will most likely come back and order donuts for work sometime in the near future. blueberry donuts and glazed donuts were my favorite!

I love this place! It’s a little hole in the wall type of donut shop, but packs a big punch when it comes to tasty treats! I come here almost every morning for breakfast. Their donuts are great and their Muffins are to die for. Recently it’s been too hot for coffee but i found out they make a really good Ice’d coffee, Caramel flavor is my favorite! I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new place for breakfast. They have a variety of food apart from donuts, They have breakfast sandwiches, bagels, lunch specials, there’s just too much to list. This is a family owned place and the staff are very friendly!

Their blueberry doughnut is to die for, I get it every time. All of their doughnuts are wonderful for a great price! Also their ham, egg and cheese croissant is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend Golden Boy Doughnut :)

I put in a special order for three dozen donuts as a going away treat for my coworkers and Golden Boy Donuts did not disappoint! Not only were the donuts fresh and ready to go by 5:30AM as requested, but I was also greeted by a smiling and extremely polite worker! My coworkers loved the donuts and as always, the blueberry donuts were delicious. I can’t wait to come back next time!

I’ve always gone to dounttery because they have everything from donuts to breakfast burritos to bagels but today I decided to go just a block further and tried Golden Boy. I have to say that i do prefer their blueberry and crumb donut to dounttery’s. Their donuts are not overly sweet which is difficult to find in a donut anywhere. Now i have to go back and try everything else! I believe I found a new place! Thank you golden boy!

Donuts to go My sister came here to pick up my girlfriend and I donuts, after finding out The Donuttery was closed. She ordered half a dozen for us. I got to try some of the coconut, donut holes, blueberry, and the Tiger Tall. i hated that they had mostly the dense kind of donuts. I HATE them. Even the coconut one was made like that. All of the donuts were extremely greasy. Here is a description of some of them: Coconut– The dense kind. Disguising because it was too greasy and oily. Blueberry– Was okay but also really oily. Tiger Tall– It was a twisty thing. Half glazed and half chocolate. Looked good but you cannot barely taste the chocolate. Glazed donut holes– Barely glazed. Sprinkled Glazed donut holes–(photo included) Gross. Did not even taste sweet at all. It tasted like a ball of dough with some sprinkles on top. Cute but skip on this. Overall, the donuts were all really oily tasting. Our donut cravings were not met. Disappointing, especially since it is so close to the house…

Came in here late one night during the Christmas holiday with the SBBF Brad C. We’ve been major mcfatties lately… literally. And it is NOBUENO! The place is opened pretty damn late and of course since we got there super late at night there wasn’t much left. I got some sprinkled donut holes and they were pretty… ahem, bland and gross. It seems like they were just little mushy bread balls with light sprinkles on top. No thanks!
