No stars! The cashier was terrible and rude and called my girlfriend a whore all over french fries and a coke. The cashier made a scene and started yelling and lied to her boss about what happened. Never eating there again couldn’t post it without putting a star but no stars in my book

Order at your own risk! Can take an order but the cook is a stoner! Completely screwed the pooch on the order. Messed my buddies order and my order up! Just make sure when you order to verify it. Food was ok but not the best…

Wow great service nice people. Glad to see this at a place I love. Well done on all fronts. The burger and fries were delish. Thank you. So much for making this the place it should be. Downtown HB deserves a place like this.

This burger joint has a nice theme and extremely friendly service, LOVE LOVE LOVE the friendly service; that’s always the star stealer for me.
The only thing I would suggest is that the restroom here deserves some maintenance, but other than that it’s an awesome place… I’m definitely coming back

THE WORST! NEVER AGAIN.
Price-​Fail, Quality-​Fail, Flavor-​Fail. While Bomb Burger’s marketing and image may be on point with what was popular in the Inland Empire about 5 years ago, the creators of this business obviously pay zero attention on quality of what comes out of their kitchen. I think that just on their name alone they are going to draw customers off the street who may not be from the area, and have no idea where to eat all day long. But if you ask any of these unfortunate souls how many of them would come back? Probably not very many.
I ordered a simple double cheeseburger, which should be pretty hard to mess up. Despite the exorbitant price of this burger I decided to give it a try. On their menu they hype up a premium upcharge for nuke style. This upgrade consists of them drowning your burger in hot sauce and then chopping up a jalapeño and sprinkling it all over your burger. The end result is their desperate attempt to hide the terrible flavor of their burger behind a mound of spice that will numb your taste buds. There is no way that any self-​respecting chef would present a burger in this manner. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely enjoy spicy food however there is a difference between heat and flavor.
The actual burger itself was two very thin, very overcooked, and very bland patties. The patties were dry and tasteless. The vegetables put on the burger were not fresh and did not seem to help things out. I took two bites of my $ 9 cheesebueger and threw it into the trash can.
If you are visiting the Huntington Beach area, do yourself a favor and try one of the many other places where you can get a good burger for the same price. I would even point my friends to McDonalds before I pointed anyone else to bomb burger. The food here may be suitable if you are 16 shots of tequila deep and rolling out of the bar and need food now. Don’t waste your time or money.
I’m sorry Bomberger, but my experience was completely unacceptable. I wanted to give you a try despite other negative reviews that I have heard from my friends and family. Unfortunately I should have taken heed to those warnings.

The food is way over pierced for what you get; $ 8 bucks for a cheese burger, drink and a cup of fries! Also, the service is hella slow for the type of food! It’s saposed to be fast food, but it took half an hour for me to get it! I work with in walking distance and I’ll never go back or reqimend it!

Too bad the cashier was a totally rude. I did not feel welcome whatsoever and she even rolled her eyes after I hesitates for what seconds before ordering my drink.
Good job on hiring winners bombburger, I’m sure she keeps people wanting to come back. Anyhow, at least the food was decent and was cooked in sanitary conditions from what I observed.

Just ate here at Bomburger… the cashier said they recently had a change of ownership a few months ago. The new owners changed up some small things (presentation of the fries, no box with the burger, etc…) for no apparent reason. As the old saying goes, «if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it». The fries were also super salty. Yuck!
My message to the new owners is to consider rolling back these changes and go back to what made the restaurant desirable in the first place.
I was not impressed and have no intention on coming back. Thumbs down for this place.

This place was pretty average and the ingredients and meat were nothing special. Nice little hole in the wall close to the beach though. I’d go back.

I say this place is great. Exactly was I was craving. I love all the toppings. They make veggie burgers. Only problem I saw was lack of out door seating. Bikers smoking cigarettes post up on all the outdoor seating so no one can sit and eat.

perfect location on Main St. I’m not much of a burger person, but what I’ve had there were pretty tasty. Everyone was raving over the home-​made fries too! everyone I’ve encountered working there have been very nice to boot. Keep it going Bom Burger!

I really like the burgers here and the staff is always cool. Tried a double patty cheeseburger tonight and it’s the way to go.

As I walked into Bomburger, I was a bit undecided on what to order .The cashier Araceli was very helpful and knowledgeable with the menu and helped me customize my burger .It turned out amazing, the cook was also very friendly. I will definitely be returning soon!

Amanda at Bomb Burger is awesome, she was very friendly and even signed us up for the rewards program. The food here is amazing! I love the burgers and fries!

I came here once when it was very busy. I think it was the US open. I had no problem waiting in a long line for 10 minutes, I did, however, have a problem with the poor attitudes, frowns, and eye rolling of the staff. It wasn’t just with me, it was with a lot of people. They kept giving away other people’s orders. They didn’t do that with me, but they kept rushing me to move away while I was getting my condiments at the condiment station. I asked for a fork after moving away, and the girl rolled her eyes before getting it for me. The food itself wasn’t anything special, but the bomb sauce was delicious.

The food is 5 stars but the customer service is just the worse. I’m a local and I’ve been to Bomburger many times and the food is always good but lately the employees are just not very friendly. Actually don’t think I will come back for a while.

the fact that one of the business owners contacted me and issued a half-​assed apology before chastising me about trying to get something for free further demonstrates the level of customer service or lack thereof (see his response below).
if he had taken the time to actually read my review, he would’ve noticed I said I wanted to ORDER fries and a drink vs. expecting them free of charge as he implied. funny how he said he’s going to find out who’s responsible for my bad experience, then turned around and did the exact same thing.
the only difference, of course, is that he patronized me for being part of Unilocal elite, saying I should know better. this is what you can expect from this place from the top down. I have a good amount of friends in huntington, I’ll be sure to tell them to steer clear. I suggest you do the same.

I’m shocked at all the low reviews for this restaurant! I went here pretty recently while visiting California, and decided to try their food because 1) I wanted a burger and 2) their prices weren’t outrageous, considering they were right next to Huntington Beach.
I got a plain burger with pickles, and a side of fries, and my partner got a double teriyaki burger. We also got a side of the seasoned curly fries, and decided to try some of their special sauce — which was very tasty both on the burger and the fries. Him and I were both impressed by the food, and would definitely visit again if we were ever around that area again.

Tried this place out a few weeks ago and have to say I will not be coming back ever. Service here was bad straight up. It’s a fast food style burger shop so there’s not much to screw up, but holy s*#t one of the cashiers was insanely rude and killed my experience here. The burgers here are not bad although kinda pricey for what it is, but don’t get me wrong there’s nothing special about it for myself to return.
You’re on Huntington Beach Main Street plenty of other spots to hit up as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends honestly based off my experience.

I had my first and only meal today at Bomburger, and I ended up getting food poising. I just threw up everything like 30 minutes ago and felt the need to leave a review.
