There are too many reasons to list as to why you should avoid these apartments, but here is a few… 1) They are very overpriced for the cheap crap that they really are! Don’t let the pretty pictures fool you because they are not worth $ 950+ for 661 sq. ft apartment! 2) The office staff are all very snotty witches(saying it nicely)! Katie, Manager and Sarah, Assistant Manger will LIELIELIE about anything & everything when it comes to deposit/refund upon move out and will look for ways to keep your money since they get a % of what doesn’t have to be refunded to the tenant. Kim, Leasing Agent is just as rude and deceitful as the managers. Kim will look at you and say, «Well, that’s apartment living,» whenever you ask for a neighbor to be spoken with regarding noise or whatever. 3) There is never any parking because so many people that aren’t on the lease live there and have crappy cars that take up the spots. Also, a lot of times there are vehicles that get their tires/wheels stolen and up on blocks. 4) Security has become an issue and there is only one courtesy officer that is never around because he works nights! LOL! 5) The pool never gets locked up like it is supposed to by the courtesy office and the noise at all hours of the night is ridiculous! Enough said, but I could list more reasons as to why you shouldn’t rent for Sierra at Fall Creek Apartments!

This community does the bare minimum to keep the property afloat. Since Greystone has taken over the property it’s worse.

This is a nice place to live! When I’m on vacation I get to see that they actually do take care of the property. I saw someone cleaning out the community grill the other day, sweet! Maintenance is pretty good as well.
