Recently I re-signed my lease with this company. Rent is due on the 1st of the month and when I called to make a payment, the amount was incorrect. Two days later I emailed the leasing manager and informed her of my issue. She was out of the office for two days and replied once she got in. She coldly informed me that the payment processing company had the correct amount(despite being told by the company a different number, so she’s a mind reader) and told me she could not remove the late fee, which is another lie. They do not seem to be very accommodating and do not admit fault, rather, push it on the customer. Unprofessional.
