Josephine’s Bed and Breakfast

The proprietor here, Annmarie, is just about the sweetest old lady you can imagine, and Josephine’s strikes just the right balance between privacy and hospitality.
The B&B is just large enough for about three couples: with three rooms and three parking spaces. Each room is on a different floor of the three story house, so you feel as though you have a quiet area all to yourself, but still get to meet interesting people and socialize with the proprietor at breakfast.
The room we stayed in (M&M) was very homey, clean, and comfortable. It was quiet at night despite being off a busy street. I can’t say enough good things about Josephine’s: it was an easy location to find, right near the beach/​bay and wonderful hiking at World’s End. One of the only minor things was that mini shampoos were not provided (only aromatherapy body scrub), not that I expected any, so that doesn’t take away any stars in my mind.
