Went to get my to go order, and they couldn’t find it… even after giving them the order number. Turns out they just weren’t aware of it. 15 min after I was supposed to pick up my order and they had just started to cook it. We ended up waiting 40 min at Wing stop for food.

Damn Yall… It was bad enough I waited 33 mins for my food… I get home and no lie, my chicken was on point but my fries were ice cold. What’s the sense of having great chicken with crappy cold fries?! My chicken was made to order, the fries were just sitting under a lamp or something. Not a good look guys. Something to improve on… Quality Food Control and Speed.

This location sucks and service is bad, and slow. Thankfully the food is still consistent with other locations. It’s not in the best area, but it is convenient and so I’ll likely still keep coming back. On my most recent visit, on a Tuesday at lunchtime, which is a day they have their 60 cent boneless wings, the cashier said they were out, as soon as I tried to order them. So I said I’ll just order the 8 piece combo deal. She then asks me if I want bone in or boneless!!! Duh… hire some brighter people to handle the money please? So happy though to see they have put the mango habanero flavor on their permanent menu!

This place sucks, everything about it. The staff is rude, the food is raw and is uncooked I hate this place I would rather go to 59 and wilcrest.
