I placed an order online for a 6:30 pickup. They said they never received it. The girl at the front looked at me like I was an idiot. Did not apologize for it. This is the second time they messed up.

Worst location! Workers are very ghetto and have 0 customer service skills not to mention they never receive your online order and don’t even think about calling when they’re busy because they’ll just pick up the phone and hang it up

Long wait for wings, no boneless wings available and no kids menu. Online ordering is down so if you order online, they didn’t get it, waste of time! Dirty dining area not and they don’t care either!

This is the WORST wing stop I have ever been to. I placed an order via phone. She told me the food would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in 20 minutes and still waited another 25 minutes. When I finally went to the counter to see what the hold up was, Brian completely ignored me like he didn’t see me. I was standing 1 ft away. When he walked off, Sowwy(sp?) smacked her lips, rolled her eyes, then handed me my food off of the rack. Who knows how long it had been there. After all that, I got home and my order was wrong. I will NOT be back to this wingstop.

Placed an order online and get to this location and they have no record of the order. Get the email confirmation and they still can’t match the number with the order, apparently they don’t teach them how to scroll down because the order was at the bottom of the page. Now, while I was in line the 1st time trying to get my order, the other cashier who only took credit card payments despite the line being out the door, knocked a stack of cups onto the greasy floor. How do I know it was greasy? They were sliding while they walked. Anyway, when I got to the counter the 2nd time and the girl handed me the cups, I realized they were the stack that had fallen to the floor. They were beat up and had black marks on them. I told the cashier that I didn’t the drinks and she asked why. I explained to her that her coworker knocked the cups on the floor and I didn’t want to drink out of a dirty cup. The coworker in question proceeds to grab the stack of cups and throw them on the floor, snatch new cups off the rack and attempts to give them to me. At this point I’m pissed and don’t want the cups or the drinks. It wasn’t about the cups or the drink, it was about the fact that she felt it was cool to give someone something nasty off the floor. This location is always a problem and I only go there if I have to. Things like this are the reason I rather drive 10 more minutes and go to Buffalo Wild Wings…

This location has to be the worst wing stop I have ever been to! The only reason why I come to the location is because it’s closet to my house but after getting horrible service three time in a row I am definitely fed up and will be taking the time to drive to a better establishment. I order my food through the app simply because it is SUPPOSED to be a quicker and more convenient option. That is definitely negated when I come in at the time my app and emailed receipt says my food will be ready and the cashier cannot find the order or they haven’t even started to make my food. I could understand if the store was busy but you have NOONE waiting why would my order not be done at the set time I was given. On top of the fact that my food is not ready the cashiers have the worst attitude when you ask how long it will take as if you are inconveniencing them from the party in the kitchen that I can clearly see them having from the front counter. Also for some reason they never have a manager on duty which is highly unlikely in my opinion. This location definitely needs some reevaluating I’ve never been to any other wing stop that is horrible like this one.

Seriously, worst wingstop I’ve been to. Unfortunately, this is the closest one. The first couple of times there wasn’t a problem but after the third time it went downhill. I ordered online like usual and ordered a family pack all flats, fries extra seasoned extra crispy. After taking it home I opened it up and the fries were soggy unseasoned and they were mostly drums. I called to complain and told them about the mistake they told me I was wrong and that on their side they didn’t see«all flats» or extra seasoned. I told them I had the email with the confirmation order so they offered me 10 wings replacement. I was a little upset but some people didn’t mind so I thought cool 10 more wings next time. The next time I called to order I told them about the 10 wings and made sure they got«all flats» and extra seasoned. When I got they i confirmed the order and the same thing happened when I got home. Mixed and unseasoned fries. Seriously. I called again. Was told to come back and have the wings replaced or take 15 wings next time. I should not be going back to get a «re-do» and am not interested in 10⁄15 free wings if they’re not gonna get the order right. The last time I was there I opened everything up to make sure everything was right. The wings were like I ordered but fries had the seasoning all on top I told one of the workers she said«oh just shake it» with attitude and looked at me like I was dumb. Because of that I personally don’t call to order or pick up wings from there. Id rather have my husband order if he wants some and have him deal with it. Me, I’m kind of over it. Overall, good wings and fries when they get the order right but it’s hit and miss.

Years ago this wing stop was amazing… oh have times changed. The food isn’t the main focus of this review, but that in the middle of my dine in I noticed a small reach crawl on the soda machine and to the back of it. That’s all I need to keep me from ever coming back here.

Unfortunately I just don’t have anything good to say about my lunchtime experience at this Wing Stop. I came here due to coworkers’ requests and I will not be back. The table and chairs were wobbly(it was the only large table in the restaurant so we had no choice but to sit there) and all of the trays had a film of sticky stuff on them. I ordered the teriyaki and bbq boneless wings with baked beans instead of fries and veggie sticks. I think the veggie sticks were the best part of the whole experience — the celery and carrot were fresh and crispy. The bbq wings were ok but the teriyaki was WAY overpowering… whew. Now, let me tell you about the baked beans. They tasted like somebody took a pot of Bush’s baked beans and dumped an entire bottle of Early Times budget bourbon in to them. I mean they REEKED and tasted of cheap liquor. Each bite made me more and more sick so I just stopped. I heard everything else at the table was over salted so I didn’t regret not getting the fries… I just regretted coming here. If this is the standard for Wing Stop then I don’t understand what keeps people coming besides the fact that they don’t want to go to the freezer section of their grocery store and turn on an oven. Sorry Wing Stop, not for me.

First time to order take-out from wing-stop, ordered online and they messed up the order. Apparently the cooks do not know how to read. When I return the messed up order, no one apologized! Very sad, very poor service!

The wings I ordered were WAY overcooked… wings should be juicy not dry and crackly. In fact, think National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation… the scene with the turkey at dinner… where it deflated and they were left with turkey rawhides to chew on. This was close to that. Oh, and one of the employees called me «bro» twice. I’m not your«bro» and«bros» are lame. One and done.

Let me first say that hubby and I love wings and we love Wing Stop wings best of all. Our regular order for the two of us is a 20 piece with Original Hot and Lemon Pepper. Yum! Usually we have very pleasant experiences with this particular location. However our experience last night was really bizarre. Yesterday was hubby’s birthday and we were having some friends over to watch March Madness and he requested wings for dinner. Since we were going to be ordering a pretty large amount of wings we figured we’d call about an hour ahead and tell them what time we wanted to pick up. I called and a girl answered and said something really fast(I couldn’t understand her) and then I proceeded to start telling her that I wanted to place an order to pick up at 6:30pm. Then there was no response, but I could still hear talking on the other end of the line only it wasn’t to me. So I realized she must have asked me to hold when she picked up the phone. Okay, no problem. So, I sat and waited. I heard the girl finish another order and expected her to return to the phone. Nope. I then heard her conversation with her coworker about how after she gets off work she is going home to smoke and go to sleep because that is all she feels like doing after dealing with all the ____customers all day. It was at this point that I knew she had forgotten about me waiting on the phone. I sat there a little while longer but after about 5 minutes I hung up and called back. When I called back I thought about telling her that I had just been forgotten, but didn’t. I ordered my large order of wings and she said they would have them ready at 6:30pm. Great, see ya then! I went to pick up the food and it was ready when I walked in. We started eating right away when I got home with them(we live about 5 blocks from this location) and I really felt like the wings were on the cold side. This makes me believe that they made them when we called(an hour earlier) and they had been sitting there. When I called early, I figured I’d be nice and give them more than the normal 14 minutes that they quote when you order since we were getting so much food. I still wanted hot food. if you knew it wasn’t going to take you an hour to make the food, don’t start right away. Oh well. The food was still good and we enjoyed it. Even though this was a weird experience, we will be back. We heart Wing Stop.
