I love whataburger but I hate this location, Almost every other time I would go here they would get SOMETHING wrong. They tried to charge us around $ 30 once for a chicken strip meal. WTH! Thankfully my sister noticed the mistake on the receipt & told them about & we got our money back. Another time my parents went here & when my dad got back he said a lady was extremely rude, all my dad did was tell her«that isn’t what I ordered I only ordered one.» & she refused to accept that she was wrong & told my father he messed with the system because he only wanted one order of something. My dad didn’t want to argue with them so he just drove off & didn’t pay or get his food.

Slow service. Other cars left because the waited so we got to the window. We waited 40 min for a chix sand which there was more bread than meat. And chix tenders.

Whataburger is good all the time and I’ve never been to a bad one, but this one was so different. Everyone was rude and my order was wrong! Plus it just didn’t taste like«Whataburger». I know it might not make sense but trust me it’s better to go to another one.

Extremely horrible customer service. I haven’t been back to this location in the year, because the way I was treated last time I was at this location. I made a call in order, the lady repeated back my order and the order was messed up. I told her what I ordered and she kept shaking her head in front the manager told me know I was wrong. I told the manager that’s great great customer service right there… telling the customer they are WRONG. I swore I never come back this location again, after they offered me free meals. So today on the way to the dry cleaners, I decided to give them a second chance… Shame on me. I called them once and it hung up on me after four minutes and one second I’ve been ringing off the wall. So I called back, same thing. Then this time after dropping off my dry cleaning, I walk into the store with the phone still ringing in my hand and asked the lady taking my order do you not answer the telephone? I’m in a hurry to get to work now, NOW I have to wait for my hamburger to be ready in 10 more minutes. Then she directs me to the manager on the floor… I am guessing, and she says the general manager is in her office she should be answering the phone. I showed her the phone was still ringing and I repeat the phone number to her she said«yep that’s it» and then proceeded to forget about me and turned around & was getting other orders out. Could not understand why she didn’t go get the general manager and let me speak with her??! The store absolutely needs to learn about customer service. First time it was their fault, second time… shame on me for ever going back. I will never go to this location ever again.

One of my close friends and I try to meet up once a week and have a meal and talk about life and our families. Our usual picks are burgers or pizza. This is the Whataburger in the middle of Pasadena and Pearland, so we meet up here. Service has never been bad and the food is always hot and fresh. I usually order the double whataburger with cheese and fries. I find that their burgers and comparable to some of the best burgers in town. This may or may not question my authority on burgers, but as a Texan, I think we have a certain love for Whataburger lol. I just love the place!

Service, ok. Business wise. Terrible. An employee locked one of the only 2 entrances to this establishment late at night. I understand the security purpose but it has honestly left a lot of business turn away. I dined in one night and many customers walked away thinking it was closed because of the 1 locked door with no sign directing to the other door. Management needs to set this straight before this establishment loses more business. It may be a small thing. But little things can cause a lot of money

This use to be my favorite WB, I don’t know what happened. The guys that took my order could not be any slower(annoying slow), and then I had to go back to ask him for ketchup. What’s up with the staff WB, I would have fired him day one. I gave it 2 stars because the rest of the crew was working hard and the fries were on point.

This Whataburger is the nearest one to me and the usual one I visit. I don’t come to Whataburger very often because I rarely eat at fast food joints. This Whataburger is the slowest I’ve been to. It takes them ten hours just to prepare your meal and then bring it out to you. I stopped here last night, and went to the drive thru to order. It was already 4 cars ahead of mines, and still every car ahead of mines went quickly. But when it got to my car, the cashier told me I had to drive to the front and they would bring my food out to me. Now, I didn’t order the whole menu. I only got something for myself and my grandma. I saw the car behind us receive their food before we did. It wasn’t right. It took them 20 mins to bring out food out to us. Oh, and my Whatachick’s weren’t even warm, they were cold. Yeah, its true we should’ve went in, but it was a whole lotta people in the inside too!

I have been to many a Whataburger and this is by far the most well run location I have visited. Excellent fresh food and excellent service and sparkling clean. Have visited half a dozen times and always the same experience over the course of a year. Sure it is slower than most other places, but for cooked to order food, it’s worth it.

Food is always good, never had any problems. But VERYVERY slow! Don’t think Ive ever waited less than 10 minutes, even just for a kids meal!
