Asiago ranch chicken sandwich was horrible. Very tough like jerky. Customer service was very slow also. I will not be back.

Ya ya ya ya… Staff is friendly. food is decent. Yet where are the dipping sauces. No ketchup! No ranch like I asked! I would be cool with just napkins but I never got that either. And my food was cold. Jeez. Literally got there at 7:30, paid and left at 7:32. Like come on! I’m Just annoyed because I passed up whataburger and popeyes cause I saw this Wendy’s here.

Great value on mediocre food. Spotlessly clean restaurant. Handsome cashier. Lame 80s music(Phil Collins, Lionel Ritchie, etc).

I love this Wendy’s ok don’t get me wrong it’s Wendy’s but no the staff are so very friendly. Actually the food is always fresh when I eat there. Now the one thing that needs work is the coffee. But u know Wendy’s is not a coffee shop other than that nice Wendy’s clean atmosphere nice tv drink machine and displays for menu. Yes for a fast food place believe it or not I’m giving this place 5 stars.

Fast. Fast. Too fast. Second time that the drive thru short changed me. Last time the lady was so confident I let it slide. This time I made sure to put a mark on my bill. Sure enough got short changed. Told him about what he gave me was incorrect, gave me a funny look but got my money. last time here

Horrible drive thru etiquette. Employees laughing in the microphone. I would suggest a little nicer attitudes and being more attentive.

Service is always slow. I regularly sit in a line. When getting to the window, I can see why. Workers talking amongst themselves, no one working. Hell, I sit at the window for a couple minutes before the even acknowledge me. Oh, I’m sorry. I don’t mean to interrupt your conversation. I just wanted to get the food I paid for. Silly me, right?

RATCHET. SIMPLYRATCHET. Workers take their breaks in the lobby, which is cool. But they take their being«off the clock» too seriously. Overheard three employees today talking very negatively about another shorter, Hispanic make coworker. I don’t want to hear about internal affairs while I’m eating a mediocre burger(which was badly prepared and contained less taste than a mcdouble). There’s an older black dude who is at the register who was kinda rude and blunt. Younger black gurl in a Wendy’s uniform kept saying«know what I’m sayin» over and over again, mentioning how she«keeps it 100». Also forgot to mention, it’s hot as balls inside the lobby. Smells like sweat and rudeness.

This is a solid Wendy’s location, both in terms of customer service and speed of service. Although the food is typically of high quality, I have been here multiple times where I have received salads with brown, decaying lettuce. Im not sure if the product is not being rotated properly but it seems odd that I get salads with mostly brown lettuce several times.

i took my grandsons in for a frosty after school. these were the most wonderful people working in here, such good attitudes that i was just totally amazed. i don’t know the older gentlemans name that took our order but he was soooo sweet, kids loved him and we will go back. i just hope management realizes how great the staff is, really rare these days. the joy was contagious.

Love this place. Mr. Ross is fantastic and always brightens my day. Quick and fresh. I’m a frequent wendy’s girl!

I think Wendy’s really struggles to find its way in the world, just like Marceline in the wreckage of the world after the Mushroom War until Simon came along and gave her Hambo. Wendy’s isn’t TEXASFUCKYEAH like Whataburger. Wendy’s isn’t associated with eating«chicken» nuggets like McDonald’s. Wendy’s isn’t delicious like Taco Bell. Wendy’s isn’t garish and pink like Taco Cabana, even though it is a little doll mascot you might just pair them together in your mind for convenience to further distinguish Taco Bell from Taco Cabana. Wendy’s is more like the Del Taco of the world trying to fuse tex-mex chili with good old fashioned AMERICAFUCKYEAH things like french fries and burgers. Wendy’s often comes up since the founder, Dave Thomas, is one of the three famous alums of my frat. The other two being John Goodman(after Barton Fink how could you not claim him?) and Dr. Seuss, who is definitely the favorite of the trio. Wendy’s also just popped up in my mind because I received a mailer with coupons and my miserly Silas Marner peasant ways always like free things and cheap things. Also the mailer happened to have a delicious looking concoction that I needed to try: the bacon portobella burger. That’s right: bacon. I had been told a dirty lie that this place had officially closed. No. That information is wrong, someone’s lying liar pants are meow on fire. Also probably why that person has been permanently excluded from brunch circle on the rare once a year Sunday that I am in Houston and not needing to work all day on Sunday. When I pulled into the drive thru I was the only car and the guy on the speaker was overly exuberant for a drive thru worker. He was a nice guy. He moved quick. It was weird. Usually my fast food experiences are le miserable, but he was good guy all around and didn’t give no sass about the coupon for my free chili cheese fries. A review of their food in two acts. Chili cheese fries: this is actually a pretty large portion for a one-size-only option. This was a lot bigger than Jack in the Box’s one-size-only option for bacon cheese fries. These fries here were also thicker than Jack’s. The bean were kind of haphazardly thrown in there with no rhyme or reason, but the chili and cheese had been laid on thick coating all the fries. That made it quite good. The cheese started getting a bit clumpy before too long, so the cheese edge goes to Jack, but the chili made these fries were worth eating. It was amazing for free. Having to pay money for them well, yeah, I would still do it especially if I was say … really hungover and needed to grab something quick to eat while I worked and dripped chili cheese over documents in the office. Bacon portobella burger: the photo on the mailer did not exactly match what I got in my hands. The photo made it look like the best burger ever. What I got was pretty decent but the bun was huge in contrast to the food inside. There were only three strips of bacon, and one was a short strip, it was not piled high and gaping out of the sandwich like it was just a bacon sandwich. I had like three mushrooms in contrast to cheesy mushrooms spilling out all over the place. The burger patty was basically the closest to accurate thing of the entire sandwich. As far as taste, not appearance, goes it was all-in-all a decent fast food burger. Wendy’s adopted the In n Out cardboard«stand» for the wrapped burger which is neat since I am about to head to the airport back to San Francisco and I am going straight to In n Out as usual when I get there. But since Wendy’s does not animal style, the portobella bacon is a nice spin on the burger.

After a workout and headed to a salon appointment, I really didn’t want a heavy meal. I honestly did not know what I wanted to eat and remembered saying to myself, «I’ll be good if I just go to Wendy’s» Riding down Richmond, I happened to see the Wendy’s sign and whipped right in to the parking lot. I had plenty time to get to my destination, but I was little worried that all the cars in the parking lot would indicate a long wait. I was gladly mistaken. As me and two other guys were about to walk in the restaurant and I could hear someone saying, «THREECUSTOMERSCOMINGIN.. . TWOINDRIVETHRU!» I admit I looked around for a minute wondering why she was doing that, but eh she was on her job! She knew the lunchtime crowd was coming and she was on her crew constantly to make sure they were ready! Even when there were no customers, the manager was telling the crew you got something to do, don’t stand around and do nothing. WOW! Wouldn’t want her to be my boss – except when it comes to getting served expeditiously! The crew members were very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Soon as you say one syllable of an food item, they’re waiting on you to see if you’re ordering something else or are ready to pay. I didn’t order anything special like a burger – just some nuggets and a baked potato, but even then, I’ve had to wait a minute or two for my order. BUTHERE, soon as I paid, my order was ready. I probably looked puzzled or lost because that has never happened in my life. It was a welcomed surprise! Despite the lunch crowd, tables were bussed and their was plenty of seating available. I enjoyed my warm baked potato and nuggets without a lot of noise or crowds of people lingering around waiting for their order. Only thing I was puzzled about was my total. I ordered 3 items and paid a little over $ 4. The crew member was so quick ringing up the order, I didn’t realize I didn’t get a receipt. When did the cost of the potato or nuggets increase? I almost went to the register to check it out and see why I didn’t get a receipt, but for $ 50 cents I really didn’t see the point this time, especially since my experience was top notch. But next time, I’m asking for a receipt :)

I don’t mind Wendy’s food, overall – from a fast food point of view, of course– but this Wendy’s seems to have pretty bad customer service. I occasionally eat lunch there and they consistently screw up my order or have rude/impatient/angry workers.

This Wendy’s has been here a while but is better than the average Wendy’s primarily due to a good staff, many of which have been there a while. Ross at the counter is always so nice and friendly.

DONOTEATHERE!!! They had gnats everywhere and they attempted to refil my drink after sweeping! When I asked him to wash his hands, he got mad. Also, they do not cook the fries all of the way. Whats a good burger with retardo fries?
