I give this place 1 out of 5 stars because one out of five nail technicians know how to do nails here. Amy is the only one. On this particular day I went without an appointment, that was my bad. Well anyways I went to this lady I’ve never seen before, her name was Cindy. She did everything normal until it came time to cut my nails. I like my nails really short, I told her. She suggested the length and then she went a little bit shorter because I asked. It still wasn’t short enough for me so I said shorter and then she goes and takes off a little, tiny hairline-fracture of a nail. Cool I wasn’t trippin. I was getting the oval shape. And when she finally puts the acrylic on and shapes my nails with the file, the oval shapes don’t look consistent at all. I start to feel that the only way to reconcile that is if I go shorter(like I have suggested in the first place) and reshape. Ok so she asked me do I like the shape. Me not wanting to be a asshole I was like, «Can I go a little bit shorter?» Just like that, very polite. This trick says, «Ohhhhhh my God» as if it was in her native tongue or something. She just didn’t care that she said that out loud in my face. Long story short I didn’t have her put polish on my nails I went home and reshaped them myself. I never understood why people would get in arguments with the nail technicians. But now I completely understand why. They want to do whatever they want to do to YOUR nails when you’re paying all them this money. And now they don’t even gaf that they talk about you in their language. Because they know you’re going to come back and spend that money. Speaking of which, they charge 5 bucks extra for the oval shape. Please if anyone knows of an primarily American nail shop whose prices aren’t going to break the bank, please suggest it.

I had went to this nail salon to get my nails done. The salon was dirty looking and they made me wait a hour before getting my nails done. On top of that one of the workers were working on her own foot. While I was waiting. This nail salon is bad. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else.

I would not go here if I wanted to be treat like a customer. I came in at 4:25PM, they had two customers. I told them I wanted a Pedicure and Full set. They had me sitting in the chair with my feet soaked til 5:27PM. My feet turned into prunes before they started on after saying that I had only needed to wait ten minutes. Poor way of cutting cuticles and foot care. Nails: I asked for coffin nails. Each finger was either too slanted and uneven. I told her before she started polishing them. She said she will but still didn’t pay attention. Then she put Shellac on and said it was too late to fix shape. Not even caring to correct the shape at all at the end of whole process. I believe her name was something Jacqueline. Service & Cost: I am vietnamese and I hear them speak of others rudely. And overpricing. I pretended that I was not vietnamese. Then it was my turn to pay for my services. 35 $: for set and«shape» 20 $: for Shellac Nail Polish Regular Pedicure: 20 $ Total: 75 $ The sign said pedicure was $ 17 Full set: 25 $ Nothing about shellac being $ 20 on top. I paid the $ 75, tipped 5. Spoke in vietnamese so they can be ashamed that I heard all the convo. Two times here– I won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend it.

This is my go to nail shop, the nail techs take their time with each customer. This is my 4th consecutive time coming here and I will not go elsewhere. The quality of nails are very good to not to mention the location is towards the galleria. I absolutely love this place and the nails last a long time. I would totally recommend this place ! When you come ask for Amy she’s awesome.

Low class nail salon. I went here because it is located close. Normally I go to a more upscale nail salon, but with traffic I haven’t had time to make it. The first time I went the service wasn’t great. I wanted my nails short and thin. Instead I got thick and longer than I wanted. The second time I went, me regular nail lady was out of town so I went there. She told me there was a 40 minute wait, but there was only one customer. When she did my nails again I asked for short and thin. She told me that I was being difficult. She stated that she had been doing nails for 5 years and never had any complaints. She said I was the worst customer. Clearly that’s not true because I see similar reviews. She told me she refused to do my nails. I told her that she didn’t have a sign posted stating such. She then took out a sheet of paper and began to make a sign. Another lady came from the back and said«leave.» I was appalled by the service. I will be reporting them to the Texas State Board. Please do not go here. They are rude and racist.

I don’t like to give bad reviews, but for this place, I had to. This place is so inconsistent! I’ve been here a few times and the very first time I came I had to ask the Manager to cover my whole nail in Shellac and not skimp on the sides. This same woman told an employee to give me a dark navy when I asked for black. I was going on a business trip and didn’t have time to correct it, so I asked if she could fix it and the all-around sloppy manicure when I got back in four days; she said no citing their three day policy. If that wasn’t enough, I came in early one morning to do my nails, eyebrows, etc. and she waxed off LITERALLY half my eyebrow(from the bridge of my nose almost to the middle of my eye) and thought apologizing made it ok. Against my better judgement, I came back and brought a friends daughter(she’s 7) with me and asked for a full set for me and a manicure for her. They polished her nails(no manicure at all) and did an AWFUL job on my nails. We were the last ones, so I said I’d come back to get them fixed. I came today and told her they needed to be redone, which she agreed to over the phone earlier today. When I got here and didn’t accept just some filing, she argued with me, said I was her worst customer, and refused to redo my nails, opting to re-file them(which she hadn’t even done in the original visit), and repolish. She accused me of previously giving her a bad review,(which I hadn’t), and continued to be rude throughout my visit. For her prices, the customer service should be exceptional. It’s sub-par at best, and I’m being nice. Bottom line: if you want a QUALITY job and a pleasant experience, STAYAWAY!

I had my nails done there 3 times and I’m coming back today. My nails looked great every time! But they last different time. 1st time they lasted 2 weeks, 2nd time they lasted almost 4! But last time they only lasted a week before they started to chip. I don’t know if it depends on a person who did them, or a color they use(I always get gel) I like a location and they they aren’t that busy, so I can just walk in at my lunch Also price is getting higher every time I go. May be because my nails getting longer(I do have huge nails so I wouldn’t be surprise if they wanted to charge me more based on it)

I have given this place two chances because it is in a good location. I have been let down both times. The first time was a pedicure, it went well… then i see that one of my nails was infected. They obviously didn’t sterilize their tools. It was painful to go through. Okay it happens so i go and get my nails done just acrylic pink. The lady doing my nails is in a hurry because other customers are coming in. Long story short she leaves crazy glue all over my finger tips, she puts on the wrong size nails(too small) and she seriously cuts me. It was pretty upsetting because I dont get my nails done too often to put up with such poor customer service. It was very upsetting, I am never going back.

This is probably the only place where I have had manicures done and the polish actually stays on my nails for a week without chipping! I have had different technicians do my manicures and pedicures, and I think they all do an excellent job. Everyone here is very patient and takes their time on your nails. Today I had a shellac manicure done and the technician(sorry that I did not get her name) was very gentle with the manicure. I HATE leaving with my cuticles cut and bleeding(this happens often at other nail shops). It wasn’t very crowded when I arrived and they immediately started on my pedi and mani. Service is fast and the atmosphere was relaxing. I highly recommend this salon!
