UPDATE: The number for the salon has changed & the website still doesn’t work. My money is gone & I never even got a chance to experience to book an appointment.

Wow, I called Dealfind Customer Support yesterday regarding Monica’s email online account setup and my difficulty in trying to reach her to reschedule my appointment that Monica cancelled a day before(after a 5 month wait). Dealfind told me that no other customer’s had complained so I was basically called a liar. Perhaps it’s not Celebrity Life who is at fault, I’m thinking it is Dealfind as well. Over 803 of these $ 34 vouchers were purchased, totaling over $ 27k. So who stole my money?

Horrible!!! Was in such a shady part of town after having to book the appointment 4 months out through some strange online service. There were signs printed out all over the place indicating that you were REQUIRED to make to make an almost $ 25 tip per fine on DealFind voucher and that manicure and pedicure only included CLEAR polish!!! Are you kidding me!!! The lady talked on her cell phone for at least 20 minutes. Opted out of most of the services and got the heck out of that dump. I still can’t believe she even asked for atop afterwards. Will definitely research before purchasing on DealFind ever again. This place was garbage!!! Do not go!!!

More like –5 stars. I arrived for my appointment and honestly the area looked sketchy, but I went to the door at 11:05 for my 11:15 appt. Door locked, open light off and a nice lovely yellow code violation posted in the window. What a dump, I can only imagine what the inside looked like, I got in my car waited for a few minutes and guess what, didn’t see a soul. I have contacted dealfind about a refund and advised them of the reviews on here. Guess I will have to be more choosy about what I purchas from there.

As mentioned in my «quick tip,» I tried cooling down before drafting my review for this business. I purchased a voucher through Daily Deals for a pedi, mani, facial and 60 minute massage. I fully expected a long wait to book an appointment as these online deal vouchers are very hot tickets. I booked my appointment online about two months ago. I anxiously awaited the date. I’ve been busting my butt with a personal trainer for almost a full two months and after a hard week of training sessions, I was thrilled to be treating myself to a massage, etc. 24-hours prior to my appointment I received a reminder email for my appointment ONLY indicating I needed to respond if I was canceling. The day of my appointment, I showed up about 20 minutes early to a very shady looking business — and the doors were locked!!! I immediately called the business number and received a recording. Out of frustration, I checked my email for the reminder email I received the prior day. I had received two new emails from the business — the first email from the online scheduling service notifying me that 1.5 hours before my appointment, it had been cancelled. The next email I received almost looked like spam and was timed about 15 minutes later than the cancellation email. It provided a phone number to call and the email said to call immediately or my appointment would be cancelled. I called the number immediately and the lady that answered the phone with«hello.» obviously a cell phone or something. I told her of my message and she was silent for a moment before responding that I hadn’t confirmed my appointment, so they automatically cancelled it. No apologies, etc. She said I should just get my money back from Deal Find. What kind of business owner response is that?!? When I asked how I was supposed to know I needed to confirm, she said it was indicated in the email(it was not) and they also tried calling me and the number I provided was incorrect(I checked the number I provided online and it was also correct). I simply told her that I would definitely request my money back. I am working with Deal Find to get my money refunded. I have definitely learned my lesson though. I won’t be purchasing any more of these deals without investigating the business a little more. I do find it interesting that three of the people who have provided positive reviews for this business have no other reviews or profile information on Unilocal.I’m betting anything it’s either the owner fabricating reviews or asking her friends to do so.
