I’ve lived at Fox hall almost two years. and the facilities are great actually… not run down at all. I never see bugs in my apartment. Of course occasionally but just the normal. something getting in from outside. Maintenence always responds quickly …

Lived at Fox Hall for a little over a year. The staff there works hard and tries to be helpful. However, the facilities are run down and there is a bug problem. Ultimately, although they had a good staff, I was happy to get out of there due to the low quality of the property.

This is a great place to live. It’s both close and far enough from the central Galleria area (5 – 10 min away, but a tad less urbanized). Really peaceful and quiet at all times. Amazing price for the area; utilities are paid so no particular worrying about air-​conditioning during the Summer. Mailboxes, Laundry rooms and pool always a few steps away.
Only downside I can find is that it’s not particularly visitor-​friendly. Each resident is provided with a personal covert parking spot, but visitors must park outside the gate, and the walking gates are not ideally positioned.
But if you can get over that little part, it’s indeed a great place to live.
