Going to any cell phone service providers store is an absolute nightmare. Until now. This was the most pleasant t-mobile interaction I have had in my life, and I’ve been a t-mobile customer for 12 years. Geez. So I went in to get my iPhone 6 upgraded to an iPhone 6S. Everyone there was extremely helpful, especially the manager, David. Another gentleman that also works there is awesome, but I forgot his name :/They walked me through the process, and even upload ALL my contacts, pictures, apps onto the new iPhone. They made sure everything was perfect before I walked away, and I never felt like they were trying to up sell me. Lovely wonderful experience. Anytime I need anything from t-mobile, I’m going here from now on.

Bought a new phone from this store last week. I specifically told them that I did not want to be enrolled in the Jump program. A week after the purchase I got a text from T-mobile informing me of my enrollment in the Jump Program. This was an unauthorized transaction resulting on additional monthly charges on my account. Keep a close eye on your account after any purchases at this store. Edit: Went back to the store to address the issue. Kyle, one of the employees was able to remove me from the Jump program and even made up for the issue by hooking it up with some perks. Thank you Kyle! Initial rating — 1 star. The Best place to get problems sorted out. Devin the manager spent sooo long with me trying to unravel the mess a «T-Mobile Licensed retailer» put me in. He was thorough and went back in time to erase some charges that I didn’t sign up for. They have a fairly good selection of accessories and phones. But the people are what this store is all about, caring genuine people. Hey Boss. if you read this they deserve a raise…

I don’t usually come in here if i need to pay my bill since i usually do it on line but when i want to check out a phone or i need to do a upgrade i usually walk in here. The staff is perty cool, and very knowledgeable with there products and plans. The only reason i don’t give them a 5 is because i had to correct them about the insurance policy. but its OK since there two different company’s but i still think that they should be more knowledgeable in that aspect.

(See my Houston Center store review for background.) I walked in here asked the sales assistant when the promotion ended and she immediately(and accurately), responded ‘tonight ‘. I then explained that I really wanted that plan but would be able to have my activation fee waived through my husband’s business account, but couldn’t reach the t-mobile rep. She spoke to her manager, Tung who promptly waived the fee for me. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and they had a huge range of phones from which to choose. As you rarely need to go back in to a t-mobile store once you choose your phone, I would recommend going here even if it is out of your way. The promotion, by the way, was $ 39.99 a month for 1,000 minutes! Woohoo, call me! Even more amazing my cell phone now has a full signal in my apartment. The AT&T phone had one bar but only if I stood on one leg with my arm above my head in the corner of the guest bedroom. In fairness I must add that AT&T let me cancel with no penalty, so good for them.
