I had many cell phone providers before: verizon, cricket, sprint, t mobile, virgin mobile, and at &t. And I have to be honest. AT&T is by far the best company u can have for a fair price. When I would have the other cell phone providers I would have lost calls, lost messages, or no bars in most the are I was in. The only one that comes close to good signal is Verizon but. For those that know me and what I went t he u with them. They charge u massive hidden fees, and even after u cancel contracts and pay the fees, they still try to charge u again. AT&T would be the way to go in the way of priving, no hidden fees, and great signal in almost every single area in texas(I live in texas so I don’t know about other states). Tmobile used to be good but since they merged with walmart everything including there service has decreased dramatically due to the fact so many people shop there.

I come to this store often as i live close to this location, but my last visit really made me notice the employees efficiency, a employee named andrew helped me out with my reason for coming to this store. This gentleman was very knowleageble about the products he mentioned to me, i went in for a simple question and he actually took the time to look into my account and thank me for being a loyal customer and even say for how long. He later continued and even offer me items i was eligible to get and promotions for the holidays. Its very rare to go to a store and have good customer service experience now in days. I would recommend my friends to go to this store in hopes that they also get the service i did.

Worst place, worst customer service I have ever experienced. They told us we weren’t under contract so we switched to verizon, of course we get a bill stating we owe $ 123.00 because our contract ended in 2 months. We called to complain, the manager is not there and maybe we can catch him between 2 – 3 tomorrow? The terrible attitude of the staff was the cherry on top this entire AT&T experience and of course this is not the only incident of misinformation just the latest.

«Oh, well, we don’t have SIM cards right now.» Oh, well, that makes you pointless right now.
