Trying to convert from coffee to something or anything else to feed my addiction, I was told to try Green Tea Lemonade, whew hew was it delicious. Upon ordering, very early in the morning, the gentleman over the mic could tell I was a Virgin to tea and said, don’t worry I am going to hook you up. Let me tell you, brother hooked me up, could have kept some of the ice but that green tea lemonade was so delicious you couldn’t even tell nor taste that it was green tea, and I hate green tea(maybe I wasn’t fixing it right). When I got to the window, the lady cashier as we talked said, you are to try it with the peach in it, I said yes next time I will, she said ok see you tomorrow. Even though, I have not had time to return to try the green tea lemonade with peach, this was absolutely delicious and a do over. Great service, great drink, I am completely off of coffee and moving on to healthy tea!

I’ve got the Starbucks gold card, but I dislike it more and more everyday. I’ll never get why there are 7 people working in this location at all times and yet there is one register open. Got my gift balance left and then I might be done with Starbucks for a while… Especially this location!

Seven people behind the bar and nobody in line. Took three minutes for any«bari to even greet me. No customer service. No enthusiasm. Dirty, dirty store. Bad experience altogether.

I love this Starbucks. I come here about 4 – 5 times a week. Everyone is extremely friendly!!! I have never had a bad experience here. Joe is one of my favs… he knows my drink & he always recommends something awesome. They also have a great management team there. They can get very busy BUT they get you out in a timely manner. The food has always been great & the location is always clean, neat, and organized. Awesome location!!! Thanks for everything!

Not impressed. It was busy but the floors were dirty, insulation is hanging out of a large piece of the ceiling located over the tables and chairs. Really bad experience.

Unfriendly service — I asked politely about an item at the milk bar, and the barista, Francisco, said«we ran out.». I said«that’s unusual, I haven’t seen that happen before…».(I wasn’t angry, but I do see how that could be a somewhat inflammatory remark). He said«WELLWERUNOUT!» I repeated«ok, well that’s not my experience with Starbucks normally»…and he then said«WELLOKAY. *grumble*» and was very rude about it.(other baristas stood by, mouths agape) hoping that we can chalk this up to a random one-off. Other baristas seemed like they were friendly there, but this one person made the location seem memorable for all the wrong reasons.

Not the fastest Starbucks in town, but they are definitely among the friendliest :) Just be prepared to wait if you come. This is the only neighborhood Starbucks so there is always a line regardless the time of day.

Literally just left this place for the 2nd time today. I ordered café americano, what I always order. First one came out watery and tasted like old coffee grounds. When I asked for an exchange(1st exchange I’ve ever had to do at a Starbucks, and even offered to pay for a new one — because no one comes to Starbucks if they’re pinching pennies), they asked 5 questions about what was wrong with it and how would I like it made. Duh, it’s hot water and espresso. Then the actual barista was rude and telling her coworkers how she made it right the 1st time. Look lady, I just want my coffee. I could’ve had a better quality cup of Joe at the gas station across the street. The barista didn’t have a name tag, nor did I get my receipt, nor did it say if there was a manager on site. I decided to cut and run since the 2nd cup was made right, with a side of attitude.

There’s not much to say about Starbucks. It’s good. This location has a drive through and it’s crazy busy every morning. When I’m visiting Houston, I like to order ahead with the Starbucks app and simply pick up my drink. It really is the way to go when it comes to ordering your drink. Don’t stand in line like a dope. Mobile ordering gets your drink made before everyone else. No waiting!

I pass about 4 starbucks in my drive to work. This is the slowest one! I went at 8:30am, I was there for 30 minutes just for a coffee and sandwich… And that’s been the case more than once

Didn’t get a chance til now to write a review, but I had to. This is one of the best Starbucks in Houston. My hubby practically lives here & the people always greet him by name, are so nice, use prompt & friendly/funny-quirky service(whatever that means) but it’s always a fun experience to go there. & they always get our orders right! Thank u 43rd Starbucks, we will miss u when we move to Katy!

The employees are always happy to serve, especially the night shift. You’ll never see a sour face. The drinks come out quickly and are of course always delicious. If the drink does not come to your expectations they gladly make another with no charge or hesitation. All around a terrific store with wonderful customer service. The epitome of Starbucks.

I have had good and bad experiences here. The Good: Always meet cool people here, drink is right, employees are helpful, happy and whatnot. Love the spacious outdoor seating and the location. An excellent outdoor meeting place on a beautiful, mild-temp day! The Bad: I got stuck behind two cars with kids the back and the employee talked to each kid for 5 minutes each. This happened TWO separate occasions. I’m over it now– but it was inconvenient at the time. This is my neighborhood Starbucks. I have to have unconditional love for the coffee place who supports me when I run out of Avid Coffee.

Very quick in the mornings when you go inside. They always have multiple people working who all seem to know exactly what they are doing and are respectful of your time in the morning rush. Drinks are always right and taste great

Hit or miss Starbucks. I’ve been here more than enough times that I can count. For the most part, staff is great and coffee comes out quickly. Yesterday, I went and ordered 2 coffee drinks: one venti coffee and one caramel frap with nonfat milk. Lady thought I ordered a cake ball too. I said, «no just the 2 drinks.» She then asked which pastry I wanted. I told her, I didn’t order a pastry. I just got 2 drinks. She repeated my order without the pastry and I said yes, that’s it. I was about to pull forward and the lady(I WISH I GOTHERNAME) started talking about me and I could hear everything she was saying. I guess she forgot to turn off the microphone. Apparently, she doesn’t have any class. I got to the window and I wanted to tell her something but I just wanted my drinks. She then was like«you had the tall mocha right?» I was like«No, I didn’t.» Um, lady, maybe you shouldn’t talk about customers after they order and you would remember their order correctly. She shouldn’t be working there — her customer service is horrible.

This Starbucks location is within walking distance of my house, which means that I will be, and have been, stopping by quite often. It is what I call a «neighborhood Starbucks,» because it is primarily there to service a small neighborhood area rather than a large commercial district. I have always received good, friendly service, and I cannot complain about the quality of the drinks or the freshness of the food. Keep up the good work! BOTTOMLINE: A solid neighborhood Starbucks.
