So I’m not the only one that feels the same about this place?! I usually get a egg and cheese croissant sandwich. Overpriced and bland. Caesar wraps, eh. I’ve had better. Gyro sandwich, don’t do it! Not open till 4pm. Everything is put up by 2 o’clock or earlier. If you happen to be in the building or work in this building. Spend lunch on the second floor of the 1330 building.

Skyline is located in my building, so I eat here quite regularly. That said, I would kill for it be replaced by literally anything else. The sandwiches, when you can get them to make them correct and as requested, as usually pretty decent. Unfortunately, that only happens maybe 1⁄3 of the time. Everything else on the menu is awful, including the salads which always inexplicably end up with half an inch of water in the bottom. Prices are out of control as well. A sandwich, chips and soda ends up being over $ 9. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, although they claim to be open until 4, all the food service shuts down by 2. And when I say 2, I mean 1:55. I have literally ordered a sandwich before that is supposed to have bacon on it, and watched them put the bacon away while in the middle of making it, then was told they were out of bacon. This is not a joke, that really happened. At the end of the day, it’s convenient and so I will go back. That is the only reason they get a second star.

This place is awful. Everyone in the office was so excited that they were putting this in, but I fail to see why. I’ve been there 3 times and have been disappointed each time. I’ve had enough. On my first visit, I had picked up a menu beforehand to keep in my office: when I went to order, they were out of the first five things I asked for. Really? What’s the point of a menu? Just tell me what you’re not out of and we’ll start there. The second visit was identical to the experience of another reviewer: I arrived shortly after 2pm and although they are open until 4pm I was told that they stop serving food at 2pm. They didn’t offer me cold food, so maybe the other reviewer got lucky or was much more attractive than me. Not a good move to be rude to customers when another grill is 100feet away in the same shopping center. My third visit, I ordered chicken fettucine alfredo, assuming it would be impossible to screw up pasta. After repeating my order 3 times to the same person, I recommended he just pick a type of pasta and surprise me. Well, I was surprised because it was horrible. The sauce was like Elmer’s glue and just as tasty, the chicken was dry and almost inedible, and the pre-packaged breadsticks that came with it expired two months ago. In summary, good selection on their menu, but bad food and rude employees totally ruin the experience. It doesn’t appear as if anyone really cares. Very sad.

If i could give no stars I would. I have been here a total of 5 times now, I tried to give them a chance but have been disappointed every time. There has been something wrong with my order every time. They are very disorganized and do not know the menu. I ordered a «Zesty Veggie» sandwich each time and each time I have to stop the person who is making the sandwich because even though they have the menu right in front of them and I watch them read the ingredients in the sandwich they either start to put things on the sandwich that do not belong or something is left off. When I say something so that I get the sandwich I ordered I am met with either a blank stare or a rude look. I’ve waited to write a review but today took the cake! The sign on the front door says they are open until 4:00pm. Today 2:00pm I went to grab a quick sandwich(not really where I wanted to eat but it’s 2:00 in the afternoon and I needed something quick) When i walked in all of the food was already put away and there were 4 people cleaning the restaurant. I grabbed a bottle of water and walked up to where you should be able to place an order, the woman behind the counter didn’t even look up. So i asked«are you still open?» to which I was told«yes, but we only have cold sandwiches». So i ordered a half sandwich zesty veggie, after getting a dirty look from the woman behind the counter, she started asking to what do I want on my sandwich, I repeated«a zesty veggie sandwich» I was then told that all I could choose from was what she had in front of her, which was lettuce, turkey, an avocado mix, and cranberry sauce. I put my water back and promptly walked out of the deli. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I would certainly not recommend to cater anything for the office I work in. If your hours say you are open until 4, there should not be only one thing offered after 2pm.

This place is massively disorganized and uncaring at best. I have been here 3 times before I decided to write my review. Each time I have been here my experience has been terrible. The first time I ordered a salad that was prepared with not so fresh produce. The size was rediculous for the price they charge. The second time I just got a snack. Again… the place was disorganized. Today I inquired as to why they advertise that they offer gluten free lunch meats, but no gluten free bread. The cashier said they are«thinking» about offering that bread option. Really??? I mean Reallllllyyyy??? Gluten free lunch meat is nothing to brag about unless you offer gluten free bread!!! I ended up getting a poorly put together baked potato. When I got to the check out the cashier asked if it was a meat potato. I opened it up and said… well it has bacon on it. She said… ohh you got the regular potato. I had asked the person I placed the order with what they offer to put on the potato and was told butter, cheese, onion, bacon. NOMENTIONOFANYTHINGELSE. They put cold bacon from the salad bar on my potato! Just sad sad service. They will NOTsurvive very long with service like that! I will NEVER be going back there and I will NOT order any catering from them.

I dropped by Skyline for lunch today. I ordered a Garden Delight wrap. The lady started making a Zesty Veggie. When I stopped her & told her that she was making the wrong sandwich I was met with a vacant stare. I realized she didn’t understand much English. Another lady stepped in to take over & with no apologies started making my wrap. The wrap has a thin layer of guacamole which she plopped a spoonful on the wrap & proceeded to heap iceberg(Lord help me) lettuce on top. I stopped her and asked her to spread the guac evenly. By this time I was over the sandwich & as I watched her pile on not quite ripe ingredients, I lost my appetite. I ended up giving the sandwich to the cashier telling her I didn’t want the sandwich. This place is always unorganized, hit or miss on products(they run out of milk & hot sauce often) & while the staff is friendly, they need to learn how to make a decent sandwich!

Located in breezeway of my building, is very convenient; especially for late lunches after 2. However, at risk of sounding behind the times, they are way overpriced!!! A simple(tuna/chicken salad) ½ sandwiches only(no side/drink) for $ 3.99 plus tax? Get the same sandwich with chips and soda? you’ll spend almost 8 bucks! White bread is extremely dry. They commented it’s better toasted. LOL! Service just ok. Staff is less than warm. Example: I asked for Romain and worker said«so lettuce?» I said yes, but I prefer Romain. She repeated back«it’s still lettuce». Wow! Concur with previous comment Cashier is often away/in back and takes making some noise before they realize a customer is ready to checkout. Perhaps rent is expensive here, but their prices for simple sandwich/chips will prevent me from visiting more than couple times per month. Will just have to get to cafeteria earlier in the day for much more reasonable lunch and much friendlier staff! Maybe I just start bringing my lunch :-)
