The most archaic system for ordering and installing appliances. They made four appointments to install one dishwasher so far. No one cares to communicate between sales and installation and 3 managers later, still no dishwasher. Best friend had worse experience having washer/dryer installed.

I highly recommend against purchasing Sears appliances /Kennmore. I purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer about 3 months ago and the ice machine on the fridge has only worked 1 day. Had Sears out 3 times to repair it and I’m now being referred to Kennmore who is owned by Sears and they are pretty much crooks. They’ve lied to me on the phone and refuse to replace or fix my fridge. The only reason I bought a new fridge was because my ice maker didn’t work and now this one has essentially never worked. What a waste and now my fridge has been discontinued because of a problem with the ice maker… hmmm. It’s easy to see why they struggle as a company… I’ll never use them again and I’ve spent a lot in the last few years on appliances and air conditioners.

I’m super sad with department stores. 1st they kept me on hold for more than 12 mins and then hang up on me. I had to call again which put on hold again. So I waited 2 more mins for them to say my order is not in and keep checking back. I explained I paid for rush order which cost more than 15.00 dollars to be here sooner. I don’t use the word«hate», so I really. really dislike this store. She tells me I should check back on Friday or next week. It SHOULD be here by then. Hold up. I paid for 2 day shipping… Never again will I buy from department stores.

********************NEVERAGAIN !!************** If u want appliances by a certain date– delivered and installed go somewhere else. It’ll take you less time to build your own in your garage, get a sloth to carry it up the stairs for you(training time included) and have your 1 year kid try to install it watching a YouTube video. Two missed delivery deadlines… they don’t even bother to call and inform you about delivery cancellation or of the«new delivery date». Their customer service agent tells me that their system shows the items as delivered !! Next.the items are out of stock. Wait for them to be in stock. Next — new delivery date. guys finally come with appliances… and lo only 2 people show up. now of course they can’t lift the appliances by themselves to 2nd floor. behold!(Yes I had specifically made clear while buying that it was for 2nd floor installation) Call customer service .and guess what That’s right !! New delivery date ! They take appliances back. Now I wait…

***** DONOTGOTOTHISPLACE! MAKEYOURSELF A BIGFAVORANDGOELSEWHERE! ******** I came in to the store looking for a small fridge. I usually buy at Conn’s, but I was already at memorial mall, so I just went in here. I found a fridge somewhat similar to what I was looking for, so I bought it. It was NOTIN-STOCK, but I WASASSURED that they will deliver it in a week. I should’ve left and go to my regular Conn’s store, but the employee was so convincing and I accepted. I 100% REGRETIT! I got a phone call THEDAYBEFORETHEDELIVERYDATE, and the employee«Antoine 776809» told me that it was going to arrive 2WEEKSLATER!!! This is outrageous! I have deadlines, signed contracts, tenants, all kinds of things to deal with! and these people call a day before delivery to tell me that it won’t be ready for another 2 weeks!!! I was transferred to the customer service department, where a lady told me in a rude tone that there was nothing to do and that if I wanted a refund, it was going to take 10 business days! I will never in my life go to any Sears again! I should’ve just left and go to my regular Conn’s store, where they have things in stock, or at least honor their delivery date promises.

You can get some pretty fair deals at Sears on occasion, and their rewards program is pretty good. They told me it was free to join but my e-mails say that my trial membership is expiring or something which I would assume means you would normally pay? No idea.
