This is one of my regular spots for home décor. I love browsing around here. I purchase their votive candles and room spray often, as I love the patchouli. Another great find here is scented tealights, as most often I can only find unscented. They carry them in all of their scents! Always be sure to check out the sale section.

I can always find something cute and trendy to buy here. I love this store.

Waited 30 minutes to pick up my delivery and I was the only one in the store.. . 4 employees standing around–
Probably won’t be back, and will just make the long journey to World Market.

I REALLY love this store. I literally could spend hours in it generating ideas for decorating and trying to decide what I want to buy. They have so many cute things for the home. The only reason I don’t give THIS location 5 stars is due to the store manager I dealt with yesterday.
I was at the check out after being there a long time and with a good amount of stuff to buy. I asked the very helpful and nice store clerk about the coupon situation. I had literally just had one of their tables delivered to my house the same day and thought for sure they had some sort of coupon delivery system for customers that buy from there. I told him I received emails already but hadn’t seen the coupons. He didn’t know what to do so he asked the store manager (middle aged lady with glasses and a bad attitude). She came over and in an accusatory way asked «so you want what like a 20% discount?» I said, no, that I was just curious how the coupon system worked, and that I was buying a lot of stuff and of course would like to use a coupon if I could. She was very rude and very UNHELPFUL. Also she basically said they don’t have coupons except for every now and then. But did nothing to make the situation better when I told her that I had already signed up online and didn’t know where the coupon was or how to get it. I say «thanks for your help» and so she ends up going away and I start looking on my phone some more to try and find an email with a discount. LUCKILY, I found an email I received for signing up with a 10% discount in it. The store clerk guy happily scanned it for me and I was good to go. But I really wanted to tell that store manager something about the fact that I found one after all, as it seemed as if she was completely judgmental and not caring at all… hello CUSTOMER SERVICE… I literally was just about to buy (which I still did) a good amount of stuff from your store and had a table, chairs, and a bench just delivered and you’re THAT rude and condescending, ugh…
I will still shop at the store. But I will also be prepared with my coupons next time so I can avoid that store manager and her icky personality.
Shoppers go prepared with coupons (if you want to use them), as you won’t get them there!

Very nice store. I love going back to the sale area. If you are patient enough everything will end up back there.
I have gotten everything from candles, art work, picture frames and even some really nice serving platters for dirt cheap.
I love their seasonal décor and if you are looking for Christmas ornaments this is really the best place. They have really special and unique ornaments that make great gifts.
The associates are always friendly and the store is always clean and well organized.

Yea, this isn’t the thriftiest place to pick up stuff for the house, I know.
However, some of these things are so pretty I want to live in them. They also have sales and discounted items, you can find some gems if you stop by at the right time.
Pier 1, I may not come over every day, but I won’t forget you either.
