I utilized services by Sagis in January of 2014 through my work provided health insurance. After receiving the bill, it was paid in April of 2014, or so I thought. Now it is Dec 2015 and I’ve received a bill stating that they never received payment. To ensure it does not go to collections for a bill I already paid, I’ve wasted hours on the phone tracking down proof of payment since I can no longer access the account after leaving my previous employer. They need to correct their billing issues and I wouldn’t be surprised if there are others who have received bills for services which they have already paid off.
