St Joseph’s Medical Center in The Heights

First time I have been to this facility, but decided to go there since it was the closest to where I lived and my situation (allergic reaction) was getting critical enough, that time was of the essence. I couldn’t of been happier with the service, timeliness, attention to detail and friendliness of the entire staff… from the front desk to the nurse (Kevin) and doctor (Dr. Mallet). All were absolutely awesome! They had my situation under control and stabilized within an hour, thoroughly explaining and checking on my status the entire time. Hopefully I won’t need their services for a very, very long time… but if I do, I will definitely have the confidence of going back to this ER in a heartbeat. Thanks again for the tremendous service and attention to detail.
