No seriously, this is the best service I have ever seen in a Payless. My friend asked to go by here after dinner. Not being one to ruin a great conversation or turn a friend’s simple request down, I agreed. And she got the best service. She found this pair of wedges she absolutely loved but that fit a little tight. One of the girls working there actually walked up and down the aisle with my friend until she found the same shoe, same size, but in the W width. No rush, just pure professionalism.
If you want to go to a place where the employees actually help you out, this is the place to go!

I just called this location to see if a pair of shoes I was looking for was in stock, and was Beautifully Helped by Antoinette. This location has given me the Best Service of Any Payless I have Ever visited. These ladies have a Great Manager who knows the Value of treating customers Right and she has done a Great job of instilling that in her employees. Hats off to this little location! It’s in my neighborhood, which I Love, and they are willing to help out as much as they can, with a smile on their face or over the phone.
