Food is good. But they never ask I you want sauces or condiments at the drive through line.

I don’t know that I have ever had a bad experience at chic fil a until Saturday may 28th. As usual there were people waiting out at the drive thru lines to take your order. Which is usually great. However, in this case the lady who i was ordering from. Was distracted by another drive thru attendant, who was talking to her about something. So of course I get to the window to pick up my food and its wrong. I am not that picky, the only thing that bothered me is had asked for a large lemonade and they gave me a regular size. Any other time they have made a mistake they have fixed it no questions asked. This time she wanted to charge me 39 cents for the mistake. I didnt complain about my drink not being what I ordered either, I simply wanted the size right. It just hurt that they would ask that. A place I come to often, I will choose the one on Silber Road next to Ikea in the future. I guess its a little thing to be upset about, but I go there because how friendly they are and how they treat you for the most part. This just rubbed me the wrong way. If you go to the one on Silber, you wont have any issues regardless of how busy it is.

Setup: random lunch drive thru The good: food, of course. location The bad: Surprisingly, service. CFA is always known for having the best(even overly so) service, but this was mediocre at best. The dual lines were not being utilized properly so they actually had another employee standing outside to help direct, kind of defeating the purpose. The greeting and order taking was lackluster and McD’s-ish. I don’t think she even thanked me when I got my food. Worst of all, they still FORGOTMYSAUCE that was specifically requested. Observations: I get that this is «just a fast food establishment» but ppl have expectations out of CFA and so does their corporate office. This is the first time I’ve had less than pleasant service. Hopefully it’s a one-off, but looking at the staff and clientele I’m not so sure.

As a Chick Fil A, this place can’t be too bad, but they are probably the most inconsistent Chick Fil A. I had issues with a large order and they absolutely refused to do anything about it. When I came back in demanding the franchise owner’s contact information, the manager finally rushed to address the issue.

I love this Restaraunt but they got some ghetto managers. Ghettos manager are the worse bc they don’t care. We Were there 1 hrs before closing 5÷6÷2016 and the waffle fries were super hard and the nuggets seems like they been in the same frying oil since the morning. Tried to call to info the manager the next morning and had to wait ten mins so I just hung up. Called back a few hrs later and the manager is straight up ghetto, don’t want to give any names but female managers pls step up ur game b4 u get fired.

Best Chik-fil-a drive thru ever! They have several employees outside helping direct traffic and taking orders even before you get to the regular«order box». Great job!

Who Doesn’t LOVE Chik-fil-a!!! You can never go wrong with the chicken strips/nuggets with the chikfila sauce. Also tried the New Southwest Spicy Grilled Chicken Salad, it was good but just not a fan of the black beans in it.

Quite possibly the worst chick-fil-a in Houston. Always slow and food is always it seems unfresh which begs the question… why are they so slow? LOL Case in point: today I had to go to this location again just due to time constraints and there was a long line in both lanes of the drive thru so I went inside. Inside was pretty sparse and only one person was in line. The lady in line was waiting. I thought maybe she had ordered and was just waiting at her food at the register instead of the pick up counter but no one was bringing her her food. So 3 minutes go by(literally) before the manager(I assume it was a manager) turned around and said, «oh let me attend to you.» Now bear in mind the lady had been standing there at least 3 minutes since I had arrived which means I was also standing there 3 minutes behind her and god nows how long she had been waiting before I got there, and all the while there were employees going to and fro without so much as a hey to the«counter employees» Finally the lady ordered and another person opened a register to take my order… did the food come out fast? Hmmm No and when I touched the box, I ordered strips, it was moderately heated… definitely not hot. Also the lemonade at this location is always the worst. I mean wtf. I have noticed new it seems managerial faces but if today is any indication it looks like its going to be more of the same.

I preferred this location over the one on Richmond. People seem to be friendlier here and the restaurant is clean and upkeep. It never too crowded whenever I’m here and my orders come out pretty fast. I never have problem finding parking but I also usually take the last spot in the lot. Restroom is clean which is a plus on my book. And of course, being next to target gives me more reason to choose this location. Gotta burn off those yummy fries.

We started going to this location when it first opened about 5 years ago and over the last year and a half I’ve noticed a major decline in the customer service and quality of food. There are always different faces working the drive thru window and the once smiling faces that worked the window have been replaced with sourpuss faces. I always have to double check my order before I leave the drive thru because it’s most likely wrong. If you get a salad they don’t give you the dressing and if you get the nuggets they forget the sauce. They’ve even forgotten my lemonade a few times. Today I had to verify my order 4 times to 4 different people. Once by the order area, again once I reached the back of the restaurant at a podium, again when I reached the pickup window(only to be told I had to pull into a parking space), and again 5 – 10 minutes later when they finally arrived at my window to give me my food.

This is by far the best chick-fil-a in this area. They are like a well oiled machine! Everytime I come here it’s packed but I am in and out of there so fast its crazy. Not to mention that the food is always hot and fresh and 99% of the time everything is perfectly right. If they do mess up anything is usually very small. To be honest I can’t even remember the last time they did mess up my order. Keep up the great work! God bless

This was my 2nd time to this location and it has been the same pleasant experience as I have received on my first visit. All the staff was courteous, kind, helpful and served with a smile. The location was clean and safe. My food was hot, fresh, delicious, and served quickly. Overall it was another perfect fast dining experience at Chick-fil-A.

I normal do the drive through but I have a little time to kill before my client arrive so I decided to dine in. This location is a nicer cleaner chick-Fil a. Customer service is very good and friendly. Had a simple Spicey Chicken meal combination with lemonade. Good quality food for under $ 7.00 — there a a hand synthesizer to kill germs which is smart.

First(& last) time at his location this morning on the way to work. I ordered the Chicken breakfast taco and it is about HALF the size of the same menu item at other locations. What a joke!

Very busy location! This location has become so popular that the lines now wrap around the building and they have an employee directing traffic into the drive thru. My total time through drive thru from the minute I got in line was only ten minutes! Very efficient considering how busy they were. And the quality of the food, well, it’s Chick-Fil-A. Never a disappointment there. :)

Food was finally served, usually it’s brought to table, I had to walk up to counter to retrieve my breakfast, it took almost 12 minutes, CF is usually much quicker serving order. Restaurant isn’t extremely busy, probably about normal yet service is slow, at least my service was, the meal did arrive nice and hot to rescue breakfast from total failure

Bad experience. All the other locations are 5 stars, but this place is almost not a chick-fil-a. The employees are somewhat rude, and just want to go home early. I had fries that had been sitting for a long time. not even edible. The sandwhich was cold from when they gave me the tray. What is going on here?

This is how fast food should be done! I’ve been to several locations, and I’ve always received fast and friendly service. Walking in is great. The inside is neat and clean, and the workers are always smiling and friendly. Everyone seems happy to be there. They made me feel happy to be there! I placed a to go order for myself and a coworker. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and my order was correct and handed to me with a smile. I felt like a rock star! If you want good food fast, then this is where you should be!

Standard Chick-Fil-A. I like that this store is located in the Target parking lot and that they have 2 drive through menu lanes. I went through the drive thru lane this weekend and the«My pleasure» attitude sort of went out the window(literally) when I asked for more than 1 sauce with my order. I mean how dare I? Whatevs. Give me my chicken sauce. Please and thank you. Stop being so greedy.
