Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location is no Bueno. Last couple of times the rice isn’t cooked fully so it’s all hard and crunchy, the chicken and beef are grisly and rubbery. Not sure what’s going on at this location.

First time eating at Chipotle and I’ll be back. Super fresh and yummy. I got the diabetic — friendly crispy chicken tacos with lettuce, guacamole, cheese and salsa.

Its fastfood but they always take care of everyone here. I don’t mind the long lines, sometimes I ask for little extra this and that and they always nice to make the adjustments and make me happy. For that I will keep coming back, besides it taste bada$$.

Got a steak burrito here a while ago, and had food poisoning the next morning. Had to leave work. Totally forgot about that and got a steak bowl yesterday. This morning i had food poisoning again! I was shivering and my stomach was hurting really bad. Took advils and pepto bismol. It had finally went away. This is horrible, i dont know what type of toxins they put in the food. My foot will never step into a Chipotle ever again!

I like to think of chipotle as the non fast food, fast food joint. It’s not as greasy feeling, they use high quality ingredients, and it’s fast service!
The price is expected for the amount of food you get, so I don’t mind paying for it.
I like the steak, but got to try the new sofritas and was very pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted. I know it’s vegetarian but it’s very flavorful and has a great kick to it.
Guac is also extra and they make sure we know that.
I like to get a burrito bowl with tortilla on the side because I feel like you get more and it’s easier to eat because things aren’t spilling out everywhere. It’s also easier to take it home if you can’t finish.
Overall, this is a great place to grab lunch, or even dinner.

As far as the food, it’s Chipotle so it’s difficult to mess that up. But the workers at this location seem like they hate their jobs. I’m probably here too much because I’ve seen them deal with a lot of difficult customers regularly, so maybe that’s why they’re always scowling and the line is always slow. Who knows?

Went here for lunch today and was happy with the food and service. I ordered one of their bowls as my meal with as many veggies as I could get. All of the veggies were fresh and crisp and the meat (steak) was nice and tender. My only beef with them (pun intended) was that I said hi to the staff member taking my order and he didn’t say hi back. I’ve worked in service jobs before and I’ve always greeted all guests, otherwise it was a great meal for under $ 8.

They are pretty fast and service is okay! Good enough for me! I like to order a bean, corn, salad bowl. And when I’m really hungry, I like to get the same thing but on a burrito!

the only reason I come to this location is because it is the nearest one to my house. My guy and I have been coming here for quite a while and have definately noticed a decline in the customer service. my guy usually orders a burrito and I a burrito bowl with chips and guacamole. on 3 separate occasions they did not give us our guacamole. finally on the third time we realized in the car and turned around to ask for it. the guy who we spoke to said oh well (even though we were literally just in there!!) since we had thrown away the receipt upon leaving the restaurant.

A short drive for lunch and great food. The ingredients are always fresh and the chicken is grilled to perfection. The line gets long during lunch but you still get your food quick enough.

The food was great as usual but the two stars is for how the lady ringing up my group treated one of my clients. She was rather rude and very blunt. My client could barely get out a word without the cashier attempting to cut her off. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth and I was quite shocked. Usually service at Chipotle is on point.
Now to other things… there is ample parking behind Chipotle if you don’t find parking in the front. There is a small patio for outdoor seating if you like to be outside like I do. Also if you fancy a drink they offer patron margaritas which is why I wanted to go in the first place.

Great location for quick lunch on westhiemer. Service is pretty fast but lines can get long during lunch time.
Advise for lunch: come at 1130am. Because line starts building by noon.

Love this chipotullay like a lifeline… what i dont like is the insipid slores behind the counter that have the audacity to wipe down the counter with the same gloves they turn around to prep my dish, I was too hungry to whine today but the meat was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BLACKENED CHARRED BURNT just how I luvvvvs it to give a snails tail, plus my bowls get piled on I guess its a side effect of recognizable regulars teeeheeeeheeee

One of my favorite ‘go to’ eateries when I’m really hungry. Ingredients are fresh, delicious, plentiful, and fast!

Burrito bowls are the way to go!
Whether it be a burrito or a bowl, it’s always going to be delicious at Chipotle! Staff are always very nice. Delicious, quick, and convenient.

Your typical Chipotle joint. One person would give you a lot of food and the next person would give you a lot less. Be consistent!
Food is decent.

Came here a while back and it was one of the worst experiences that I’ve had going to this chain of restaurants.
The thing about chain restaurants is that all of their ingredients and supplies come from one place to ensure consistency throughout the chain… so that something you eat at a local chain will be the same in Las vegas… the only thing that changes in the staff…
This staff was completely incompetent… and didnt even bother to tell me that certain menu items were out of stock… before he started building the burrito and bowl i ordered. WTF?! Then he decided to let them sit there off to the side while the steak as being finished… (i requested new burrito and bowl). The steak was extremely undercooked… on the gummy side… even though i told them i didnt mind waiting for it to be finished… they insisted it was done. Also got a side of the dressing for the salad and that tasted off as well…
I would like to mention that it was a 4 pm on a saturday. no one was in there…

They now serve brown rice!
Friendly staff, nice portion of meat. Compared to the location on Richmond & sage.
Parking lot is quite busy bc of which which, & traffic for ppl entering & exiting shopping center.

So a couple of days ago, I tried Chipotle for the first time. I never found anything appealing about this place and after giving this place a try, I can’t seem to see why everyone is so crazy about this place.
I ordered the steak burrito bowl with brown rice, green bell peppers/​onions, pico de gallo, corn, cheese, lettuce, hot sauce, and guacamole. The portions given weren’t as big as the other locations, my burrito bowl still had plenty of space in it (I’ve seen friends’ burrito bowls literally packed with stuff before), the brown rice tasted undercooked, the steak was rather bland, and I don’t know if this is normal or not, but at least a third of my bowl was water (I’m assuming from the pico and corn?). It did not taste well.
The two friends I came here with, who are loyal patrons of this franchise, both told me that this location was slacking, as their portions were smaller than usual as well. But anyway, this visit did not help my previous dislike for this place. Don’t think I’m every going to give Chipotle another try.
