Me encanta el servicio y el lugar. Los quiches son lo mejor! Lástima que a veces no tienen todo el menú completo

So far this is the worse location I have been in. There are very few employees actually working while the rest continue talking to each other ignoring you while you wait for someone to acknowledge you. Every time I order my favorite sandwich it hardly has anything on it. A mozzarella ciabatta should have mozzarella on it. I have been going to this location for he past year and it’s always the same.

Worst breakfast experience! They forget to put meat my husband’s samdwich. Took forever. Over priced processed ham on the sandwich. Won’t be back for meals. However, we love the bagels.

This was my first time ever here and I was so amazed by how great everything was. Especially the lemonade — I’m kind of a snob when it comes to that. Great customer service and great pricing!

Panera always taste good, but I think it’s a bit overpriced for the amount of food you get. It is quality, but for that reason I find myself wanting to spend my money elsewhere. Their bread is great though.

Not so good anymore for Carry Out/Pick Up. Ordered 3 separate entrees. Picked them up and went back to the office which is 15 minutes away and discovered that none of the 3 entrees had the bread or chips that should have been included with the meals. I promptly called the restaurant and spoke with the Manager, Willie, who immediately and graciously agreed to comp my entire order. I appreciated the good will and would have appreciated it more had they not burned/charred the bottom of my comp’d Frontega Chicken sandwich.(I have pictures In case someone at Panera actually cares.) Sadly, it’s not the first time we’ve complained about the burned/charred, expensive sandwiches. Customer service is good but the quality isn’t enough to keep me coming back. Panera Bread. you need to step up your game!!!

I’ve been here quite a bit and have always been impressed with their bagel selections and hot plates, but today my view on the establishment has definitely changed. I decided to go to a healthier side and get a salad and half sandwich. I get a sandwich and open it to put on mustard, then noticed that it was light on the lettuce. I pull it off and there’s a bug in the lettuce… Am I grossed out? Of course, but mistakes happen. I let the server know that there was a bug in my meal and their exact reaction quoted: «oh shit.» I’m not one to ask for a gift card or reimbursement if something like this happens. All I want is a fresh clean piece of lettuce. The server goes back to the kitchen and brings back another piece of lettuce in a plate. I CANNOTBELIEVEMYEYES! ANOTHERBUG! Now it was ridiculous. I went straight to the manager and let him know of my experience. His reaction: «would you like another piece of lettuce.» I was over it and asked for a refund on my plate. This was not a good experience at all and I don’t plan on coming back.

I have always gone to this location and mostly it has been good. The last couple of times I went, there were some really disturbing things. First off, the drainer on the soda machine was broken and the place where it is supposed to catch all the over spill was spilling all over the floor. No one on staff noticed. I decided to tell someone Bc I would hate for someone to get hurt by slipping and falling. After telling someone, they sent someone over w a bucket and a cup to scoop out what was in there and put it in the trash. 45 min later they did it again. They did not attempt to unclog the drain. Secondly, the bathrooms are always disgusting. But it has gotten worse. During the lunch crowd they have no one to attend to the bathroom. Several times I have been there, there was no toliet paper and I had to wait 15 min to get some. People with small children csn not wait 15 min to use the restroom. Third, thier side door has been broken for some time. They attempted to tie somethung around the handle to keep it pushed in so it wouldn’t lock… it’s been this way for 3 weeks now. Last but not least, my fav part of panera WAS thier blueberry muffins. Always freah, so delicious and PACKED w blueberries. So good. Today I ordered one. It had 2 blueberries in it. I asked for a new one… it had three. I am so dissapoibted in this location.

I am a HUGE fan of Panera, but I will not be going back to this location! Not only did my did look like it was someone else’s leftovers, but they microwaved the hell out of it until the pasta was more like jerky. The employees are rushed and don’t make eye contact — translation: rude! Even the other customers were rude, butting lines, don’t hold doors, pushing thru. There are way too many other places to eat to put up with this!

Just paid $ 8.69 plus tax for a couple ounces of their new Broth bowl lentil quinoa soup. What a RIPOFF!!! I don’t think there was even a cup in this bowl as the bottom was barely a ½ — 1″ deep . Virtually no broth! A tablespoon of chicken! I went to the kitchen to see if there was some mistake but — nooooo this is what they insisted was the correct amount . This price is so ridiculous for this little teeny portion that I was incredulous! I have never written a complaint before on any place but just think I would like to earn others what they will get for almost $ 9.00 . I like Panera and eat here often, but geez I hate to see this greed that leads to such a unhappy result in what could have been a great meal. It did taste good, however, you will need to pay several dollars more to get a salad or something in addition so you don’t walk away hungry ! (Look at the photo)

I’ve always just gotten the cinnamon crunch bagels here which I can say are delightful. Come early, they run out fast. It is a bit on the noisier side at times so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend trying to get some hardcore studying done. Perfect for a light meal and some light reading though.

Mmmmm… This place deserves 3 stars, but I’m that cool guy that loves this place and so he gives 4. I’ve been coming here for three years and I enjoy the flavors. I like that the coffee is almost always fresh and some of the food is delicious. Lately I have noticed that some sandwiches are smaller. Mmm what’s up with that? I recommend the soups, the turkey bacon sandwich and the chicken panini. Come here during a lazy afternoon and eat something healthy.

I like panera but this location has horrid service, the manager is rude and indifferent, the wait is rediculous, I will not be back

This place has the most confusing menu. Pick 2 or just get one with sides? The Italian sandwich that I got was huge. I wish that I got pick 2. The cookie was wrapped weird. Had to break a maroon colored seal. The cookie was undamaged by the extra effort required to break the seal. Their water was cool and filtered. Someone is cleaning our table now — gotta go!

I still love the food here when they get my order right 40 percent of the time. I have been going here since it opened and they have been going down hill for several years. The worst thing is the service slow is an understatement. I am done. I buy breakfast for my office i few times a week. Not from there anymore. I will still go to this chain at other locations

Sigh, this location has really gone downhill. The quality has gotten exponentially worse over the past couple of years. I feel like either the sandwich portions are getting smaller, or they’re skimping on the filling. The last time I ordered a salad, it was missing the dressing… c’mon, Panera! I was rooting for you. You’ve let me down for the last time :’(

See my photo of their Turkey Avocado BLT posted above to understand why I no longer will buy sandwiches at Panera Bread. For quite a while, I’ve noticed that the contents of Panera’s sandwiches have gotten smaller and smaller. Tonight finished me off as a patron. The turkey slice was about 3⁄16 inch thick. There was enough to almost, but not quite, cover ½ the area of the slice of bread. There was a single ½-inch cube of avocado. The bacon and the bread were good, but not sufficient to make the sandwich worth ordering. The scone was, as always, pretty yummy. But it’s not enough to justify going to Panera for lunch or dinner. This is all pretty astonishing when you consider that there are two nearby restaurants that serve really thick, hearty sandwiches. No scones or wifi, but I guess I’ll make do with the other restaurant’s fabulous cookies and a good book.

I’ve been to this Panera a slew of times and the quality of service and the food has gone down tremendously over the past few visits. Service — There was only one person working the register and she was pretty preoccupied with other things and gave me a few minutes to look over the menu. While I was figuring out what to order, she began refilling the container at the front with ice chips to keep the milk and yogurt cool, hitting me a few times with ice chips and mustering a snappy«sorry.» She was ridiculously unprofessional and even stopped paying attention to my order to talk to a friend? boyfriend? whoever. as he walked into the panera and they began discussing their personal life… this is awkward. She was extremely rude and aloof during the entire transaction. Food — the food has gotten more stale, with the breads becoming really chewy and not soft and delicious. Ingredients were left out of my paninis and on another recent trip here they completely forgot a few items off of my to-go order. Proceed with caution.

This is a good location to get some studying done or to grab a quick bite. There’s electrical outlets at just about every table/booth(except the ones in the middle of the dining room, duh), and I’ve never had a problem with the wifi or the service here. My go-tos are the«you-pick-two» combo, with either the chopped chicken cobb w/avocado salad, broccoli cheddar soup, frontega chicken sandwich, italian combo(make sure you ask for it hot! it makes it 10X better) or when I’m feeling vanilla, I get the smoked turkey on country bread. It is family-friendly so it can and will get loud from time to time. No biggie.

Got taken here for a quick business lunch. Wasn’t the best sandwich I’ve ever had, but wasn’t the worst either. I didn’t pay for it so I didn’t mind. I normally like my sandwiches overloaded with meats, this definitely was not. The personnel were friendly and accommodating since I had never been there before Had the Cuban Chicken Panini on a recommendation from my co-worker. it was tasty but next time I would get double meat to satisfy my protein needs. The ingredients seemed fresh. If you need a quick lunch during the week this should work for you since they had like 5 ordering stations.

I really love this place. Fresh food and pretty fast service. I usually order: Chopped Thai Chicken Salad, Chicken Fuji Apple Salad or The Chicken Avocado Cobb Salad. They are all so delish, pretty healthy and come with bread :) This is my go to fast stop for a pickup to take home.
