for as much as hey like to charge I am so not pleased. every time I’ve ordered from here it’s been wrong. I ordered a salad with only cucumbers in top. they gave me a container of just cut up cucumber. no lettuce. today it was for my boyfriends birthday. they forgot the dressing. the ranch for the blooming onion. and our Mac and cheese which was why he wanted to go in the first place. by the time we got home with the to go order it was too late. very disappointing to be let dos. every time.

The worst service!!! Bartender was more worried about her three friends than the rest of the customers. We got out meal before our salads came out and they looked at us like we were crazy when we asked for them.

Came in around 9 seated by 9:01 and happy by 9:02! Bobby was our waiter and he was absolutely amazing! Though I do find it extremely funny that he doesn’t eat beef but he works at a steak house. This was my first time ever at an outback and I was thoroughly pleased. I had the sirloin abs coconut shrimp and my steak was cooked perfectly rare. I had pretty low standards going in but the staff(both wait and kitchen) surpassed my expectations.

I order to-go from this location all the time because it’s on my way home but damn… service is so slow. And it got weird when I saw a drug deal go down between their servers in the parking lot while waiting. #awk

Normally, I am happy with the food and service here. I can honestly say I will never be back. Apparently there is a crime spree of cars being broken into in their parking lot. Myself and another Young lady were burned tonight while we were eating. We didn’t get to finish our meal and yet still had to pay for our meal. She lost a ton of stuff as did I. While I don’t blame them for the theft, I would like to think that they would put some pressure on the Houston PD to help them out an end to this as it apparently has been happening three to four times a week for the last several months. I would avoid this place entirely unless you want your car broken into.

Worst outback steakhouse in town. Went there a couple of time for lunch. I ask for my steak to be Medium Well. It was RARE. also no seasoning on the steak I had to drown it with A-1 sauce just to get it down. I like Outback Steakhouse but this one is not good at ALL. so do yourself a favor and find another location.

Walked out after 15 mins that we sat and waited for our waiter to come by and they never came! Keep in mind it was 2 in the after noon there were few tables that were occupied. But not to the point to forget about us. While everyone around us were being attended we were just sitting around waiting. Several other waiters walked by and the hostess that seated us was standing in eye view no one came. As we proceeded to leave the same hostess told us bye. Talk about not caring about costumers!

I love outback. But something has definitely happened to this location. One night, out of bread. Food isn’t as fresh. Something is definitely off. I’ve always been coming here for years but this past year has been lacking. The westheimer location is far but it’s better. Get your act together outback

Visited here during the later part of lunch hour. The to go wasn’t busy at all. I ordered the grilled fish tacos with a house salad. This was part of the lunch special. Entrée + 1 side for ~ 7.99. The fish was very tasty, sides and fixings were great also. They have a few different choices on their lunch special.

We wanted to try a new place and unfortunately we were not impressed. Server asked us if it was our first time there, when we replied with a yes, he never suggested pr welcomed us, he just proceeded with asking us for our drink order. Our entrées were delivered at the same time as our appetizer and with out our sides :/ End of the meal came along with no sides to ever accompany our entrées. No refills and no apologies. Too bad. The steak was actually good, if only the sides had arrived with the meal and the server was actually interested in doing his duties it would have been a decent meal.

We came around 11:30AM on a Sunday and were quickly seated. Today we had the pleasure of having Eric as our waiter. He was sooooo nice and hospitable and helpful. The best waiter I’ve ever had! When he noticed that we really liked the bread, he brought back two more loaves AND gave us honey butter, which was amazing! I will definitely always be asking for honey butter in the future. :D After bringing my steak, Eric stayed to make sure that they had cooked it correctly. He also squatted a bit when he was taking our orders so we would be at eye level when talking to each other. I’ve tried the sirloin with barbie shrimp, the ribeye, the filet mignon, and the bistro grilled chicken before. My favorite is probably the ribeye and the barbie shrimp. The baked potato soup is quite delicious as well. I never really crave steak but my sister does so we’ll probably keep coming back until we’re finished using up a giftcard. But I’ve had great service both times I’ve come.

I’ve come to this Outback for the better part of 2 years since living inside the loop and I generally have great experiences. But this last one left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand that customers who come in right before closing are frowned upon but are still nonetheless served. I don’t like to inconvenience servers too much at restaurants and I generally leave a good tip. We arrived exactly 30 minutes before closing, so we had our plan ready. We were going to apologize for coming in late but we would do our best to be in and out and be very efficient. We knew what we were going to order before we even walked in the door. We were sat almost immediately and we waited for our server who cleared a few tables around us and went to talk to one of his remaining tables. And we waited. I watched him for ten minutes blatantly ignore us. Looking in every direction he could except ours, even so much as spending a 5 minute segment just talking to his other table. Just standing there having a good time. He knew what he was doing and so did I. Finally 15 minutes passed and we had not been approached once by anybody for drink orders or even to tell us they’d be with us shortly. We got up and walked out. I had planned to be quick and I had planned to leave a great tip for the inconvenience. But instead we were ignored. I won’t be coming back to this outback.

When we were being seated, the hostess found a long trail of ranch spilled on the floor, the length spanning 5 or so booths. She stopped, and wasn’t sure what quite to do. An awkward while later, she said I’ll clean it, took a cloth napkin and wiped it with her foot, «I wanna know who spilled this and didn’t clean it up.» While she was away, I noticed a guy who just put away a mop and gestured the spill, he looked at it and nodded and proceeded away from the mop. When the food came out, I asked for silverware and the response was,“your waitress is rolling them for you right now.” We asked again and another guy said, «they’re being rolled, but we see you have your salads so I’ll let them know you’re priority.» We sat looking at our salads for what felt like 10 minutes. Teamwork is lacking here. I had the heart of gold Mahi. When it came out, I. almost gagged at the fishy smell. The sundried tomatoes were leathery, even my four year old asked what was wrong with them.

After avoiding this location for years, we decided to give it a go. Arrived around 3:30p on a Saturday. We were greeted by the hostess stating«If you’re going to arrive before 4pm, call ahead to make sure we have enough servers…» I’m sorry, is this establishment open for business? I’ve never heard of calling ahead to ensure an eatery is properly staffed. The service was slow, some people waited twenty minutes for a table in an empty dining room. Steak… Well still mediocre. For a rare steak; after chewing a gob for several minutes, I eventually spit it out. The meat was solid gray. Hence they inject the meat to make it appear red and fresh. Absolutely my last time at this hell hole

Convenient, good value, good meal! After a full day of work and running after work errands, I used the Unilocal app to find a quick bite while I was out. Since I had a craving for steak at an affordable price, I decided to order from Outback Steakhouse. There is a very convenient online order system for customers to access via a smart phone or computer. It took about three minutes for me to search the menu and customize and place my online order. There were two ways to pay, online or in person. Since this was my first time, I paid in person. I pulled up to curbside pick up, an employee came out, brought my meal, and took my payment. It was just plain awesome! Did I mention that my food was ready in about 20 minutes? By the time I arrived to the restaurant, my order was bagged and ready. I will definitely be using this online order system again because it saved so much time. My meal was delicious and I am a happy diner.

My daughter and I went to Outback for dinner this evening. It started out average as I enjoyed a nice Oktoberfest brew while chit chatting and then it started to get really busy and our orders were a bit slow and we didn’t get everything and had to kinda keep asking for water. Well the manager came over to our table with a. Whole new order of the shrimp my daughter ordered and apologized for the first original order being messed up. We thought that was very nice of him. After all of that I forgot my dessert the ONE time I was looking forward to it at home. #darn!

Okay first off I LOVE Outback. From way back when. Sadly their waitstaff service is not the same. It seemed like there was always an issue dining in with food, service, wait time, and or kids running a muck! Muck I say !! Lol They bad a promotion for 20 wings for $ 14.99 this month. And I had a coupon plus it was my bday! Score!!! The curbside can be a bit slow for them to see you there despite their cameras to show them inside. However it’s like the dine in experience minus the crowd. They remembered and thought of everything down to bread and butter. Wings were the BOMB!!! Great flavor knocked hubbys socks off to the point that we ordered out today. Same great curbside service as before! Only this time I ordered on line verses calling ahead while leaving the Galleria. It was a simple pain free experience take advantage of that and save some time. I only rated them a 3 star due to the indoor dining issues/problems that I experience.

After the Unilocal preview event at Outback a while back, I was open to giving these guys a chance as a chain steakhouse. Especially, after my last visit to Salt Grass was a letdown, I was in search of my quick chain steak house where you can go in shorts and a tshirt and not be judged. Sadly, Outback did not fill that void. We came with my fiancée and her brother. I started them out with the blooming onion, gosh this thing feels like it has even more grease than I remembered. The dipping sauce is still delicious though. As far as steaks, we had a wide variety so that we could all sample the different cuts. I had the ribeye, my fiancée had the filet, and her brother had the flat iron with shrimp. As far as sides we had the mashed potatoes, fries, sweet potato, baked potato soup, grilled mixed veggies, and mac and cheese. Out of all the sides the only thing that was actually good was the sweet potato, and even then it was a bit too sweet, too much cinnamon sugar. As far as the steaks, the filet was actually decent, the ribeye was wayyyy too fatty, the flatiron was way too raw. I like my steaks medium/medium rare. Her brother however is more on the medium well side. I told him medium would be ok, it came out almost rare. But the food itself, was just a little under what I expected, but gosh the service was awful. The waitress took 5 minutes before she came by just to take drink orders. The gap between appetizer and entrees was forever, and we had to waive down a different server to get refills. Overall, the price is a bit high for what we had, I’d rather just suck it up and get dressed and go to an nicer steakhouse and pay just a little bit more. Our next stop for chain steaks is Texas Roadhouse…

I have to give this place 2 Stars not because of the taste of the food, but it was because of the service. We all had the Rib eye my favorite, and it tasted so good. I wanted mashed potatoes so bad, but I can’t have anymore potatoes boo Doctor’s orders. The food was amazing except the asparagus that I ordered with my Rib eye they were over cooked and burned. The service that night was bad once we walked in the door. The wait was long and I noticed while we were waiting that you can now add your name on the waiting list before you arrive I posted that feature in the Tip section. It took a while for the food to come out, but it was a busy night so I guess that was okay. When we were seated the waitress was nice, but she did not understand our orders and made a lot of mistakes. Mistakes she made: 1. She did not bring my water with no ice. 2. She did not get the salad order right, instead of bringing Thousand Islands she brought the Caeser dressing. 3. We didn’t want more bread and she brought it anyway. 4. My Father was requesting something and she said something totally different she did not pay attention to what he was saying. 5. My Husband asked for the baby back ribs and 15 minutes later the waitress said that they ran out of ribs. If they run out of something the waiters need to be informed what they don’t have and let the customer know right there and then. Horrible. The place was great everything was great, but I just don’t tolerate bad service and especially not paying attention to what the customer is saying.
