Everything was really good, our server was polite. I got the Tour Of Italy, yummy. We got a vine sample, and it was good.

I really like this Olive Garden. Close to home and always good service. It’s always full which is a good sign and their food is always fresh and delicious! Recommend this place!!!

Had joined the eclub and was to get a free dessert for my birthday. When I got home I noticed on the receipt I was charged for it. That day had to wait for a take and barely anyone there. They have is a dirty table. Was a good place to eat, now no more.

My husband and I went expecting good quality food like always and I hopes were extremely high by this being a new location. Oh lordly were we disappointed. First we had to ask the server for straws for our water and when our calmari appetizers arrived it was very under cooked. We had to ask for bread and our main dishes were worst than frozen food with no taste. The manager never came to our table and we left. We hope that the corporate office reads all of the bad reviews and make a change to this location so that nobody else has a bad experience as we did.

Look, it was not my choice to come here but my coworkers invited me to go so figured that it couldn’t be too bad. First, we had to wait about 15 minutes so a table of 7 people to be set up during lunch. I did not like the fact that we had to wait that long when the restaurant was close to empty, we did get there around 11 so we can beat the lunch crowd. We all ordered soup and salads which I thought to my self«it is only soup and salad» nothing can go bad right? Which I was correct nothing bad, maybe mediocre but not bad but then it got worst. We kept waiting on our server to offer us more soup or refills on our drinks and nope, nothing! Waited some more and all of a sudden we got a new server that had no idea what was going on, he was nice and we tried not to give him a had time due to the transition and he served us. Hours later, we waited and waited for our checks and once again someone completely different handed us out our tickets, mind you this was supposed to be about an hour lunch that all of a sudden became a 2 hour lunch since we waited so long for the server to also take and bring back our checks to sign and tip. Let’s just say that was my last visit for me personally, Not a big fan of their food especially not their service.

Terrible service from start to finish. We were going here for my daughters birthday dinner and called in advance since we had a large party and were told we had to be there an hour or so early. Doing this, once our table was ready, they would not seat us until half our party was there, which was not told to us by the person answering the phone. Then our table was split between two waiters. The drinks took about 30 minutes to get to the table and once we finally ordered food, it was another 30 – 45 minutes. The food was not good at all. As the waiter placed our food down he says«OK, you all have a good night», and disappeared. We did not see either of the wait staff for the remainder of the night. After talking to the manager, Arthur, about the service quality, things got worse. We had brought our own cake and placed it in the fridge there. I had to go and ask the manager to get it to our table. They brought the cake, NO plates or clean silverware. I again went to the manager to get plates. a stack of plates were delivered… filthy with caked on food and stains. Talked to the manager AGAIN… he had nothing to say at all. Over all abysmal experience… I strongly advise people stay clear. It makes sense the place was very empty… and we still could not get any service.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Drinks took a good 15 – 20 min to come out. Only half the table got drinks. Waited another 10 min for the other drinks. Food came out pretty late, and frankly just didn’t taste good. I had a stack of plates from our salads in front of me until the time we left. Cake was dropped off without plates or silverware by another server that we had to flag down to get the cake we brought. We ended up bussing our own table so we could eat birthday cake. After repeatedly asking people where our server was, another server brought us plates and spoons for cake. We thought we were out of the woods at this point. Turns out all of the plates were dirty with food pieces still stuck on them. We decided to walk out when the staff started singing happy birthday to a table near us. It was a complete slap in the face. I really felt sorry for my sisters daughter. She didn’t deserve to spend her birthday this way. What bothered me most was the fact that they never tried to recover and make a mends. Just ignored us. Terrible experience.

I finally found an Olive Garden in Houston that I like. The food and atmosphere were great. The server was friendly and efficient but not overly happy to be waiting on us. We had the Tour of Italy and Mezzaluna Ravioli. Soup for starters. Everything was fresh and tasty. I got a pumpkin cheesecake to go and it was kinda gross when I went to eat it because the whip cream had liquified. However, I would recommend going here despite the dessert.

I came here with friends for a late lunch. We arrived 3pm and surprisingly it was crowded. The staff was all over the place. The wait was about 10 mins. We get to the table and our waitress takes our drink orders. Another waiter get confused with another table and brings us the wrong drinks. Then our waitress came and fixed it. Service was not good. We got unlimited salad and breadstick with our meal and that always turns out good. We all ordered from the pronto lunch menu. Food was not good. I had the citrus chicken sorrento the sauce on the chicken was horrible. It tasted nothing close to citrus or honey. It tasted like old chicken broth. It wasn’t sweet or citrus flavored. My vegetables medley was watery and mushy. Oh gosh it left me bad taste in my mouth. My other friends were not pleased with their meal either. The only good side was the chocolate mint they gave us at the end of the check.

I usually only come here on a lunch date with my friend because it’s our chill spot for lunch. The food is decent I mean, it’s just Olive Garden! I will say one thing, I’m a huge fan of cheesecake and it’s pretty good. Pricey for a slice but I expect that.

Since I have to provide a star I will settle for 1, but believe me if I could give a 0 I would. I arrived at 9:05pm and placed a Togo order for 2 soups, a salad, and lasagna. Around 9:50pm I still had not received my food and asked for a manager. The manager was a very nice lady Jannica, she asked what the issue was and I explained that I placed my order at 9:09pm, and have watched several people come in after me order and leave. She asked for my receipt, went to the back, brought me my food, and comped the entire meal. She expressed that the young lady that was taking the orders had thought I left, which was odd, because I am a 6 foot 300Lb white male and was wearing a bright green shirt while sitting directly in front of her. I would avoid this Olive Garden at all costs, even with great execution of the manager it is a scary place. One lady(customer) was screaming at the people in the kitchen for her bread sticks.

It wasn’t until I decided to get up and leave that I was served my drinks. Service was terrible. My kids were making a scene about the bad service that I just begged for the bill. I gave no tip at all. Our server never came back to check if we needed anything… don’t come when they are busy

Go to the bar and ask for Zack. The food is the same but the service is GREAT! Try the tour of northern Italy. A very good value. Soup or salad is all you can eat. So, don’t wait for a table, hit the bar!

I rarely write reviews but was compelled to. The food was average bu the service was nonexistant. I can’t say it was horrible because I did not get any… After I was seated I had to find someone for anything I wanted, had to ask 30 minutes after i placed my order where my food was(I think yhey for got to make it) Litterly no one came to my table for 45 minutes. I walked up front to get my check requested to speak with the manager and she did not seem to care…

My family and I went on Sunday 3⁄29 to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday.(13 people at table) We had the best service from Derick and Passion. Derick went the extra mile to make us laugh and not to let our glasses get empty. He kept his service professional. He took great care of our every need and was on point. The atmosphere was great and uneventful. I can’ wait to go back. The food was excellent and clean. We were impressed!!!

Weak; hostes, waitress, food. Screwed the entire order up. Very apologetic and offered to comp meals(which is right) but I would steer clear of this place. Food was over sauced, very late coming out, and not cheap. Not a good experience at all — recommend you find another place if possible.

This location is still fairly new in my eyes. After being a Darden Employee once, and being part of a grand opening for a location, I know how starting up and establishing a restaurant can be nightmarish for a few or even more months so I didn’t go in to this one hoping I would have the most stellar of experiences. Plus I went on graduation day so they were popping. The hostess that greeted me was super friendly. Though I’ve noticed many women seeing a baby, well lets just say most, not all, women melt over a wee little one. She walked us to our booth, which thank you for placing me here I much prefer placing my child in its carrier in the booth and out of the way of traffic when in a sling. Our waitress was a little hard to understand, and I suppose I was too because when I ordered a Peach Bellini it came out as a Pea Tea. Oh well no harm no foul she replaced it. But let me be honest our bar drinks took forever and a day. Who is to blame, bartender, ticket machine, waitress. Communication still is lacking, again for now its an issue with no establishments so I’ll let it slide somewhat since she had brought us waters prior to disappearing for a great deal I assume due to lack of bar drinks to being back. Ordered: Spicy Calabrian Wings appetizer:(I love this things and never would have thought, thunk, think of Olive Garden for wings). Spicy YES! Delicious, oh hell YEAH! Chicken Primavera with Giant Fusili: Love the large fusilli noodles, and honestly could do without the chicken on this entrée. The vegetables are all crisp not overly cooked so the snap peas still SNAP, the asparagus still has a CRUNCH! As I left in pouring down rain on my visit,(by the way people its rain have some damn courtesy and move quickly when getting in and out of your cars, there are other people exiting as well); I bothered my hostess once more for a to go cup of warm water to prepare for my hungry mini that I’m sure would be requesting their meal shortly. Still super friendly she quickly went back and grabbed me a half and half of water so the temp was just right!

SOGGY: «Secret Olive Garden Gets Unilocaled»(with Garden terminology) The book«Secret Garden,» by Frances Hodgson Burnett, deals with imagination and magic, so is a natural correlation to Olive Garden(OG). For example: — OG’s thin breadsticks are imaginary representations of a real full loaf of garlic bread, — OG’s «endless salad and breadsticks» are magic. Quotes from the book are followed by relevant restaurant review observations(prefixed by « — »). “The Secret Garden was what Mary called it when she was thinking of it. She liked the name, and she liked still more the feeling that when its beautiful old walls shut her in no one knew where she was. It seemed almost like being shut out of the world in some fairy place.” —The area is full of industrial/office parks & small businesses trying to get by. People want to escape for an hour to a different place with comfort food, Italian style. To get to this escape, take I-45N/Richie Rd exit and make a sharp turn into the parking lot(in Full Sun & can handle a large Crop of cars).— «Where you tend a rose my lad, a thistle cannot grow.» — This place is tended, because it’s packed. OG is the result of some investors’ fantasy/imagination of what a large number of people would accept as an Italian Restaurant, yet a profitable venture capable of Seeding other locations to build a corporate Orchard. Like the half-full glass analogy, some people see the OG chain like as the pits(of olives), and some see themselves stuffed like an olive with a pimento.— «If you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a garden.» —The décor is accented with Italian themes and colors, although the Ground Cover is commercial carpet. Wine is available that matches the food quality, which is somewhere between fast food and a nice restaurant. However, it takes a great deal of imagination to feel that the waiters are Italian. Paper napkins and no table cloth set the tone. The best thing to do is Shrub your shoulders and pretend.— «I am writing in the garden. To write as one should of a garden one must write not outside it or merely somewhere near it, but in the garden.» —They have a side door & many parking places for take-out. I must eat inside.— «My mother always says people should be able to take care of themselves, even if they’re rich and important.» —Depending on your economic status, this could be an Annual, such as Valentine’s dinner, or a place where an elderly relative insists on going. Some women in your group(does anyone go alone to OG?) will rave about the endless salad as a health benefit. Some may go for appetizer of Humus … er… hummus(big difference). — «Two worst things as can happen to a child is never to have his own way — or always to have it.» —The menu has choices, but not much variation to the recipe. They offer Hybrids(know as «combos») of entrées. To go with Italian food, wine is the best choice, but if you are a redneck, then of course order a Bud, or any beer on their Tap Root.— «At first people refuse to believe that a strange new thing can be done, then they begin to hope it can be done, then they see it can be done – then it is done and all the world wonders why it was not done centuries ago.» —A meal of appetizers! I did not need Deep feeding, so I ordered a Flat of two appetizers from the«Taste of Italy small plates».— «Mistress Mary, quite contrary, How does your garden grow? With Silver Bells, and Cockle Shells, And marigolds all in a row.» —Some think that Nursery rhyme is about Mary, Queen of Scots. In this context, the growing garden is my tummy. The meal comes with breadsticks and a plentiful salad, Potted in a bowl. The Raised Bedding of lettuce Cuttings is too vinegar tasting to me. For crunch, they give you plenty of croûton Mulch on top. It came with 2 peppers, which I Pinched back to the Stem. As an option, they offer a Sprinkler for Parmesan cheese on top. I Dug in and Shoveled it in and had my Chloro-fill. Pizza Fritta Napoli with meat sauce: This is not your crisp pizza crust, but rather 4 soft puffy triangles. The«dip» is a Composted mix of sausage, ground beef, cheese, tomato base, spices and cream. This was tasty, but very rich. This and the breadsticks leads to too many carbs. Tortellini al Forno: Tortellini Bulbs are Planted in the cream sauce with bits of bacon on top. This was tasty, but too salty. I Pruned some of the bacon off, since it was too dominant over the savory flavors. At the end of the meal, I felt Dormant, and had buttery fingers from the bread that the paper napkin does not take off.— «Somehow, something always happens just before things get to the very worst. It is as if Magic did it. The worse thing never quite comes.» — Service could be worse with such a large crowd, but I almost Germinated waiting for the check. Till next time…
