I came here to have a ring resized based on the positive reviews I read here. When I arrived, they were very friendly and happy to work with me and sized my finger, telling me they would call within a week. It was ready the next day! Wonderful! That cost $ 60. However, it was quite snug and uncomfortable.
I wore it for a day and came back, telling them I’d like to have it looser. At this point, the manager argued that it was in fact correctly sized. She wouldn’t listen when I told her about the discomfort and difficulty removing the ring. I left and returned later after deciding that I did not want to take this advice.
When I came back, the manager rolled her eyes at me and made my interaction with the staff incredibly uncomfortable. Again, my ring was ready in one business day, which is an excellent turnaround and I appreciated. However, even when picking it up, the staff was icy and still charged me $ 30. It’s still too tight, because they wouldn’t even resize it more than ¼ of a size, another indication that they weren’t listening to my feelings about the ring.
I honestly cannot wait to take my business elsewhere. My input was unwelcome and I wasn’t listened to. Since I am the one who will be wearing the ring, I’m not sure why my opinion wasn’t valid. As a result, I’m out $ 90 and still need to have the ring resized. I made it 2 stars instead of 1 because the work was perfectly fine, the turnaround was good, and it always looked to be clean and in great condition when I got it back.

Nacol & co. Are the best! I don’t know much about jewelry so when I needed a recommendation I went to my sister. She went on and on about the quality and honesty that Nacol provides. I live in Austin, TX but made the drive to Houston to check it out 2 years ago. They were so helpful and easy to work with then that I have been in several times over the years. When it comes to fine jewelry, I am going to make the three hour trip every time because it is worth it in every way!

Linda is the best at customer service, making sure she remembers what people like and want, and always being helpful. Owner Paul takes care of his customers, specializing in custom pieces for reasonable prices. The staff is always ready to check or fix anything you purchased from them. There is a good reason all of their customers are super loyal. I’ve recommended myriad people to Nacol & Co. over the years, and everyone has come out extremely happy and continued to go back. I would highly recommend Nacol & Co. for all your jewelry needs and service. Can’t beat them! You really feel like they create a custom experience just for you, no pressure, just excellent product and service.

You don’t see much advertisement for Nacol around Houston, but you should definitely know about it if you’re in the market for jewelry.
Before Christmas, I was referred here by a friend to buy a diamond necklace, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. There weren’t any high-​pressure salespeople pushing one item over another … Just a few people in the store looking to help me find what I wanted.
My experience in buying the necklace was so positive that I wound up going back a few days later to buy some earrings as a present as well.
They’re not in the $ 99 diamond business, so their focus is on quality, and you’ll definitely get a good deal for what you’re buying.
