I just checked into my Murphy’s apartment on Thursday night, and was very pleased with everything. The directions on how to get into the building and garage were easy to follow. After staying in hotels for a few days, it was so nice to have a «home». The apartment has everything I could possibly need for the next month and at a way lower nightly rate than the hotels I was staying in. I would highly recommend them!

Easy process, excellent customer service, great unit (I was in the Arpeggio in Dallas).
The highlight though is really the customer service — extremely responsive on email, got all my questions answered, and the same contact (Jon McEwan) continued to help me throughout my stay. He and his colleague were flexible and went out of their way to help me out near the end of my stay.
The check-​in, check-​out is seamless — these guys are well organized.
