McDonald’s

In the past I’ve over looked incorrect orders and have just dealt with the fact that people at fast food places simply do not care to make us happy and give us what we want. As long as they give us a half hot bag of something similar to what we order and get us gone, That’s all they seem to care about.
Today I’ve had it, I went from jack in the box not even having a working drink dispenser to McDonald’s being incapable of poring two drinks correctly. The incompetence of the fast food industry is gargantuan and is expanding by the day. I asked for two simple large drinks, one coke No Ice and one diet DP with NO ICE! I get one with no ice and the other with ice. We drive off and get home to be disappointed yet again. With no one in line in the drive thru, they cannot get two drink orders correct? A ten year old could do this. What is wrong with the food industry these days. Is everyone on meth or something that keeps them from making two simple drinks? I’m never eating fast food again.

I don’t go to McDonald’s often but when I do this one always comes through. I love the strawberry banana smoothie and chicken nuggets.

Service was excellent and that’s what I always look for when finding a place to grab a quick bite or food in general.
Let me just say this as a mom and always looking for a place for the kids to get their energy out this play place is intended for the smaller aged children. It was perfect for my 2 yo but my 6 yo didn’t really know what happened as he is used to other McDonald’s play places. Anyways aside from the play place it wasn’t clean in the play area, or dining area for the kids. It was messy and not clean. Not one person came to clean while we were there which was about 45 minutes.
So on average this McDonald’s was not the place for the kids to let loose. (Not that I let them do whatever). Just saying in my opinion for those other mothers out there.
Anyways, it’s great service. :)

It’s McDonald’s but this one seems to go out of its way to disappoint. Orders often wrong thru the drive thru and don’t even think about getting condiments. An impossible task and quite irritating when you were looking forward to a 10 piece and they forget your sweet n sour

Great service and food. It is not 5 star but still keep on coming back. The manager will go out of there way to help if there is a problem and you can always contact the owner if problem continues

I agree with the other reviewer, feels a little ghetto writing a review on a fast food joint. :) However, I’m always looking for places to take my tots, and I LOVE that this play area is «flat» … less dangerous and easier to see them. It’s not the cleanest place, but we go often to let them run and get the energy out! The stars are more for the play area being simple yet flat … not a huge fan of the food, etc. :)

Been here many, many times, but last few times have been a real disappointment. The workers seem to keep getting lazier and last time I went through the drive through the boy at the window had no smile on his face, no eye contact and was very rude and un-​happy.
I had got a fish filet sandwich and the bun was hard and they skimped majorly on the tarter sauce (my favorite part). Worst of all was that kid’s attitude!

Very dirty Mc Donald’s all around. All the workers have really dirty uniform. Are not nice, don’t seem to care about being clean at all. I don’t eat here any more after a friend got a 6 nugget meal with 3 green moldy nuggets. I would recommend going to a different Mc Donald’s trust me, or get sick… it’s up to you lol.

I drive thru this McDonald’s almost every morning on my way to work. The employees will occasionally make friendly conversation and it’s a nice way to start the day. My order is always correct. The coffee is always good, the cokes are good (not ever flat). This McDonald’s is consistent in terms of quality and service is always fast and efficient. Great place for people who take Memorial to work in the morning and want to stop for a coffee or a coke to get some caffeine. I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t even bother trying to go anywhere else because I know that Ican get breakfast and coffee at McDonald’s for under $ 5 and in under 5 minutes.

Call me racist but I believe people working with the public should have a working knowledge of the English language. They over charged me and since I don’t speak Mexican they couldn’t understand the issue. I swallowed the extra charge and left with my meal

okay. i know it’s ghetto reviewing a mcD. But this McDonald’s has upgraded a lot! It Looks like a contempo designed condo with modular seating and artistic lines. It’s pretty cozy (though a lot smaller now in terms of seating). They upgraded the play area for children and put up windows and a wall to keep noise, toys and flying spittle away from non-​family types.
Having three kids, it’s great to bring them to the play area with the touch screen video games, SMALL play area with noise making playsets etc.
It’s small, cozy and clean!
Service seems to be made up of the usual suspects of McD employees. Most are very nice, some always seem like they are new, and one or two that are waaay too hyped!
